  • Comfortable Home in a Great Location

"My husband and I have been to Sedona many times for day and weekend trips. We wanted more time to really explore the Sedona area. We also were hoping for a quiet home to use as our base. Mark's home is located in a great spot. A very peaceful neighborhood in West Sedona, with no traffic noise, but friendly neighbors and within walking distance to several restaurants and a very short drive to Uptown Sedona, the Village of Oak Creek and hiking trails. Mark created a very comfortable atmosphere with his personal touches that make it a very welcoming home. His attention to detail was what impressed us the most. If you enjoy reading, you will appreciate his library of books. Mark is a very gracious host. If you have questions or comments, he responds and reacts quickly. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean, and he had all kitchen and barbecue items available, plus a washer/dryer and much more. We would stay there again and highly recommend Mark’s home. We left feeling we found a friend Thank you for letting us share your delightful home. We sincerely hope to return."

  • Second Stay as Good as the First

"This could be one of the best vacation rentals we've had through VRBO (and we've stayed at a bunch). Perfectly located (away from the crowds, close to hiking and restaurants), wonderfully private, incredible views, all the luxuries of home and space to run for our dog. The Casita is well stocked and offered us everything we needed to make our short stay enjoyable. The hot tub was a real bonus after a day of hiking and mountain biking. Excellent communication on all elements of the rental. Highly recommended!"

  • Great Place!

"This place was excellent! We had no problem with Dona, she was great to work with & responded quickly. Although we didn't need to contact her once we were there. Oh we did call to see when we could check in & she called back within a minute to say we could. This is the most stocked vacation home we have ever rented. The kitchen was very well stocked with spices, drinks, etc. Also the bathrooms had soap, shampoo & conditioner. The neighborhood is quiet & were glad we were away from downtown Sedona. We could walk to hiking trails. There were many presto logs, but we only used 1 anyway. Not having a DVD player was not a problem - you're on vacation, you can watch movies at home. The place was very clean & bedding & towels were excellent. Also the decor is wonderful."

  • Wonderfully welcoming Sedona vacation rental

"Location and views were wonderful, but the best part is how welcoming the space was when we came home to it after a day of hiking or shopping. Note in the description that the unit is less than 900 sq ft. The photos make it look larger than it is; but the space is well designed, and it is comfortable for two or three. The many large windows in the living/kitchen area are east facing, making the entire unit feel cheery as the sun rose over the rocks during breakfast. We also enjoyed watching the moonrise over the rocks from the outdoor hot tub. The covered deck offered shade or sun for eating or relaxing, and the bedroom balcony gave us views to the northwest. The unit is very close to shopping and restaurants and yet offered us privacy, safety, and quiet as though we were the only ones in town. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and linens. Just a note that the outdoor hot tub is shared with guests from two other units. But this was not an issue as the other guests did not use it when we did."
