  • Great House - Better Than The Pics Indicate

"We rented Panoramic Heights in Apr 2014 for four nights. In total, we had six adults and three kids - with ages ranging from grandparents through a six year old and coming in from the Eastern US and Europe. We have rented many homes over the years, and this was one of the best. Sedona is just fantastic to begin with, but the location of this home really helped make the most of it. The home is ideally located for a quick drive into town. I thought the pictures undersold the home, the views and spaciousness of the home were better than we had anticipated. The name of the house is perfect! The home was extremely well equipped and there was nothing we came across that we missed- all the essentials were there. The small things like a cooler to borrow or the Red Rock pass were just nice little added perks. With colder nights and warmer days, we enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub! The home was clean, tidy and just very well presented. Lynn was a pleasure to deal with, and her helpful tips document with recommendations was extremely useful. Everyone loved the home and you can rent with confidence from Lynn. If I am fortunate enough to visit Sedona again, I will make this first on my list of properties to consider."

  • It really is this nice!

"The photos don't lie. The views really are that amazing!! It was perfect. The locations was great - private but close to everything you want to do in Sedona. There are hiking trails right behind the condo. And the Hillside shopping/dining is within walking distance. It was clean and well stocked when we got there, including a nice fruit basket. Easy checkin, lots of clean linens, comfortable beds. Perfect size for up to 4-5 people. Parking was great too. Only issue was the sound of people walking above us. It wasn't too annoying but if you can, book the second floor. The courtyard outside our patio was lovely too. Nothing like making the morning tea while watching the sun rise on the rocks in the distance!"

  • Never need to leave here

"This was a home perfectly suited for our girls' trip, but I could see family here, too. Easy to find with written directions to augment GPS, this hideaway held magic. The views from the three balconies were enough to keep 5 of us at peace, and feeling very relaxed. All bedrooms were accommodating and appointed. Not the most well-appointed kitchen, but we did find everything to meet our needs. Bring your own condiments, stop aqt the grocery store, and you will never need to leave. The hot tub was used regularly, and the pool would have been. There were some light bulbs out here and there, and it would have been nice to have had more information on where the appropriate switches were for outdoor lighting near the pool. We don't think the pool filter was operating well, but we also didn't need the pool much. And Kate and her team were very responsive to our questions during our stay. All in all, GREAT location - I would stay here again, for sure. The path down toward the creek was exciting - I wish I had had a walking stick as the path was sometimes steep, and I'm not that steady...."

  • Great Location and Wonderful Host

"Perfect Location. Within walking distance to downtown, Tlaquepaque, and some of the best restaurants in Sedona. The views from the deck at sunset...extraordinary. And it doesn't get much better than relaxing in the hot tub underneath the moon and stars after a day of hiking. Finally, nothing like a luxurious comfortable bed to make each night contain a little more quality sleep. I'd also say that one more thing made this even better, host Fran's hospitality. Not only does she know Sedona and is happy to provide suggestions, but she is willing to provide the little things (crock pot in my case) to make your stay even better if those items aren't in the unit. Highly recommend if you looking for a great location, luxurious stay with a great host."
