Location, quiet elegance, The Village and lots to do and see
"My husband and I spent three months here and can confirm the description of the home and surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed living here: the furnishings, lovely windows framing fabulous red rock views beyond the golf course, the hundreds of colourful, exquisite roses that bloomed constantly throughout March/April, and the Village itself nothing being more than a 5 min drive away. It should be noted that this 25+- year home has both dated and updated features with lots of interesting art and nicknacs that give it a comfortable, homey and somewhat quiet elegance.
We found getting involved in the fitness (55+) and golf community was easy and a lot of fun. Snap Fit is just down the road and we belonged to several golf 'leagues' at both Sedona and Oak Creek courses, and had a range pass that we both used almost every day. Lots of good restaurants nearby. The Sedona Golf course has a really well-priced and popular Thursday night dinner that changes every week and Oak Creek club started a Sunday brunch that was just starting to take off while we were there. All in all a great place to spend the winter months and we hope to be back. Sara and Davis are great hosts providing files of information, maps and books on local, regional and state attractions."

"Location and views were wonderful, but the best part is how welcoming the space was when we came home to it after a day of hiking or shopping. Note in the description that the unit is less than 900 sq ft. The photos make it look larger than it is; but the space is well designed, and it is comfortable for two or three. The many large windows in the living/kitchen area are east facing, making the entire unit feel cheery as the sun rose over the rocks during breakfast. We also enjoyed watching the moonrise over the rocks from the outdoor hot tub. The covered deck offered shade or sun for eating or relaxing, and the bedroom balcony gave us views to the northwest. The unit is very close to shopping and restaurants and yet offered us privacy, safety, and quiet as though we were the only ones in town. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and linens. Just a note that the outdoor hot tub is shared with guests from two other units. But this was not an issue as the other guests did not use it when we did."

"We loved our stay at Sedona suites. This is close enough to the uptown area with all of the peace and solitude Sedona can provide. The suite was very comfortable with a superb balcony view. Ken was a wonderful host who anticipated our sightseeing/shopping/eating/hiking needs. It was great to gain his perspective as a Sedona resident. Lovely spot. We will return!"

"My friends and I had a great time staying at Artha and Rogers cute little house! Quiet neighborhood away from the whirl of tourists but close to cafes and bike shops. We really enjoyed their selection of board games too, had a fun night of beer accompanied monopoly. Our hosts graciously offered us to stay later than the check out time, much appreciated!"
