  • So Cozy and Convenient!!

"I was so happy with this decision! Traveling alone without a car, I was looking for somewhere private and safe, and close to everything. This was the perfect choice! The staff are very responsive and having my morning coffee on the terrace overlooking the red rocks was just the reset I needed. I stayed in the Queen room and the huge tile shower was beautiful, with the fully stocked kitchenette I had everything I needed. Note: You do have to be able to go up one flight of stairs as there is not an elevator. This was not an issue for me, but would be good to know if you have any limitations."

  • Pure Heaven

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for two months and the best way I can describe the experience is pure Heaven. The house is lovely and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the fabulous fireplace on chilly nights. The deck was fantastic for those warm days. The view is outstanding. We have stayed in Sedona many times in the past and this, by far, was our favorite location. The neighborhood is very quiet which we loved; it was a lot like being home in the country. The hiking out the back door was unbelievable. I am a photographer and what could be better than a bird feeding station right out the office window and a view out the front of the morning balloon rides. Our cat, Jade, felt very much at home and loved the house as much as we did. The friendly owner, Pat, made us feel so welcome and gave us a tour of her beautiful home as soon as we arrived, making sure we knew where everything was and how it worked. We will be back next year to once again enjoy this perfect place in Sedona."

  • Fun little house!

"Initially we had a hard time contacting the owners (they were on vacation themselves). Lucky for us, we didn't book right away. Michele got back to us and we set up the reservation with ease. This house is too cute - very artsy and eclectic. Every surface is covered in some sort of art, whether it’s a faux finish or a mural. The pictures do not do the views justice! To wake up every morning and see the mountains while lying in bed having coffee is the way to start your day. The kitchen is small but stocked well enough to cook basic meals (but, don't bother cooking-eat at Elote's Restaurant every night!!!!! You will thank me! Oh Yes You Will!!) We didn’t miss watching TV-we tried watching one of the many movies supplied but promptly fell asleep. The home has total privacy. No neighbors on top of you, no noise, just peace and quiet. Our favorite part of the house was the outside day bed. Very comfortable. The view of the mountain range from the day bed makes you not want to get up, the wind blows and gently rocks the bed, I see now why babies fall asleep when they are rocked. The pool is spectacular. You must see in person - pictures do not do it justice. Jacuzzi stargazing was phenomenally amazing. I can't recall how many shooting stars we saw. The home is central to everything you want to do in any direction. There is a notebook with instructions for the house and things to do. Great idea/nice touch - not only did we utilize it, we added to it. WE WILL BE BACK."

  • Great Place to Stay

"We chose this beautiful home to celebrate our first anniversary while visiting the Sedona area. Great decision! We had the equivalent of staying in a VIP suite for less than the cost of a hotel, plus we saved on a few meals by being able to use the well appointed kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, beautiful surroundings, and complete relaxation in a gated community home overlooking a golf course that feels brand new. The pictures you see are exactly what you get. The owners were quick to reply and very easy to deal with. We love the area and will stay here again on our next trip. It is a great value. Highly recommend Manzanita's for dinner, just a few minutes down the road. Centrally located to Jerome, Cottonwood, and of course Sedona."
