  • end of summer stay

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage in Flagstaff. The beds, couch and chairs were very comfortable. The bathroom is cozy nice with a tub and shower. We loved that the showerhead has a push button flow control. I liked being able to eat our meals in the kitchen, dining room or outside on the patio. Especially the patio, which was extremely pleasant as long as it wasn’t raining. In the extra bedroom, I could watch Direct TV, DVDs or use my iPad. It was wonderful to be able to walk to Buffalo Park, which was only 20 minutes on foot. Flagstaff has a great beer trail with lots of breweries and brew pubs. I enjoyed going to the Mother Road brewery as well as the Flagstaff brewery and Lumberyard (Beaver St brewery is great too)."

  • Hichman's Hideway

"Our family really enjoyed the cabin. The cabin was one of the cleanest we have rented and very well organized with just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will certainly consider a return visit in the future. Thank you for a great experience. Baron."

  • This place never disappoints.

"Wonderful views, wonderful pools and even better resort units. That pretty much says it all. Been coming to Sedona at least once a year for the last 10+ years and the surroundings are still beautiful and the ridge resort's accommodations are always top notch. All my friends do not understand why I rave about this place so much. I make it a point to bring them along when they can. Once they do they understand! As always, working through Jim is always a pleasure and I never have to worry about anything other than what I am going to be packing in my suitcase."

  • LOCATION was the BEST!

"The listing was spot on with everything. The house was beautifully decorated, everything was neat and clean, and well cared for. Linda was awesome to work with, all her recomendations for drives, shopping, hiking, restaurants, and points of interests were spot on. It was so nice to come home to such a relaxing place after a long day in the heat. This home has everything you need, most comfortable bedding, couches, bar chairs, and even patio furnishing. Oh and I can not forget the awesome cooler that was in the garage, that we used every day for our day trips to pack our lunch and keep everything nice and cold! (THANK YOU LINDA) There is even water bottles and a brita water pitcher in the refridge. Unfortunately we did not get to visit Slide Rock State Park or any other area in Oak Creek Canyon, because of the monsoon season and the Slide Rock fire, that was very dissapointing, especially since my two teenage kids, really wanted to go swimming down the rocks, and then I missed out on all of the photographs that I wanted to get from that area. Also there was a couple of days with smoke in the area from fires that were controlled, so we ended up taking two trips to the Grand Canyon, we took the Grand Canyon Railway, and then we drove on another day. (Because of the reviews on this website, is why we drove up to the Grand Canyon, and drove up to Cameron and then West to the Canyon) Most beautiful drive that way, we got to see the Little Colorado Gorge and just the most beautiful scenery and a lot of wildlife. Sedona was absolutely gorgeous, we went up there a couple of times, just to take more photographs of the landscape and sunset. We also got to Jerome which was a very interesting drive, on the edge of my seat the whole way up, but it was so worth it. We ate at The Haunted Hamburger Restaurant, which was very good and the views breath taking. We also did some shopping and found quite a few items to take back home with us. Anyone that is going on vacation to the Sedona area, needs to stay at this home. I would and will be recommending this home to all of my family and friends. I hope me and my family can come back and stay at this very home again, it was such a wonderful place to stay at. I did not want to leave, and I want to come back again, soon?? Also, Linda, you need to sell those pictures you have throughout your home, they are absolutely gorgeous!! As for the metal frame you have outside on the wall, you need to put a tile mosaic in there."
