  • beautiful spot

"Our family of four adult children along with several partners joined my husband and me to celebrate my birthday and have a get together in this lovely home. The house is situated at the top of a steep hill and is private, spacious and comfortable with a number of outdoor gathering spaces offering beautiful views. The bedrooms were all comfortable and beautifully furnished. We have several serious cooks in the family who enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and found it quite well equipped. The hikers and mountain bikers in our group found spectacularly beautiful trails to enjoy, and after an day of physical activity it was great to return to the house for a hot tub or a dip in the pool. We hope very much to return for another visit."

  • We had a wonderful stay

"We rented the house for four days. It is a beautiful home and everything is just as it appears in the listing. Seven of us were there and the home is big enough that the kids could have their own space and we did not feel crowded at all. It has a very relaxing feel. It is close to a grocery store and other amenities. We used the home as a base for day trips to the popular sights in the area, the Grand Canyon (a little over 2 hours away), Meteor Crater (about a 1 hour drive), along with several local hiking and horseback trails. If you have younger children, I would recommend the Oak Creek West Branch trail. It runs up a narrow canyon about 10 miles north of Sedona. The overall elevation change is only about 200ft so it is not a difficult hike. It features several river crossing where you step across on rocks or logs. The kids loved it. Very pretty scenery. My only regret is that we only stayed 4 days. If we are able to get to the Sedona/Oak Creek area again, I will definitely try to rent this house again."

"Communication before arrival was excellent and I'd certainly keep it in mind for any trip I plan in the future."
