  • Great Sedona House

"The house was great and well kept older home. Owners were very responsive and extremely helpful. This house has a great location, wonderful views and pet friendly. We have rented several homes from VRBO and this was a top notch property. Neighborhood is very quiet, neighbors are friendly and we much prefer it over a Sedona property as the traffic is light. Would recommend it for anyone. It has all the comforts of home. Close to the Grand Canyon, Phoenix, Flagstaff and Jerome. Great hiking close by and is located on a golf course. Perfect for the active retiree. Sunrises and sunsets are breath taking."

  • Super comfortable home on quiet street located in the best part of Sedona

"Our family of five spent a wonderful month in Doug and Anita's home. As others have written, the house is very comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean and well looked after. We deliberated for a long time about which part of Sedona to stay and are SO glad we chose this house in West Sedona, less touristy than uptown and with great restaurants and cafes, grocery stores, a bike shop, yoga and trails all within walking distance. The street looked gorgeous with the colours of the fall leaves and our kids happily rode their bikes up and down from the house. Whilst there are not views from the house itself, this mattered little to us as we were out and about enjoying the incredible scenery of Sedona every day. We enjoyed the Fall sun in the garden and the hot tub almost daily. Aside from the four televisions (!!!), there was also a great selection of kids books, movies and games which were absolutely brilliant for our three kids. Doug and Anita were great hosts, leaving us some Vegemite (for our Aussie kids!) and helping us with advice on things to do in the area."

  • Good Quality Family time

"We really enjoyed our time at the cabin! It was clean, spacious and had everything you could think of. We didn't have to leave the cabin at all, although there is shopping close by. We had good quality family time! Thank you Eve for everything! We will definitely recommend this cabin."

  • Excellent location, convenient, quiet, well appointed

"We stayed for two weeks. The location is convenient to freeway access, shopping including grocery and Randall Meats, or the mall. Yet the location is quiet and peaceful. Easy to get to NAU, Milton, or the downtown / historic areas. The house has everything one needs to be comfortable and feel like one is at home away from home. The owners are friendly and work to make the experience easy and simple even for first time users. If one wants to golf, it is just across the street - Continental Golf and Jakes on the Green. A wonderful place to relax if you don't want to relax at the home. Driving Range is just east. The kids club is just a short drive away. Downtown has several local restaurants including Josephine's, Pasto's, Biff's, Macy's, and Martan's. Simply superior to hotel stays and much more comfortable. The subject's parking is very convenient. We highly recommend this two bedroom two bath home in a Country Club setting. Even if you stay for weeks, there will be things you'll miss and want to come back. Easy day trips to Sedona, Sunset Crater, Grand Canyon, petrified Forest, and more."
