  • Best Cabin Experience EVERY

"We rent cabins in the Payson area all the time, and this cabin is by far the best. We had three families, and there were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. The amenities were unexpected with a ton of games and toys for the kids, a netted trampoline, and a patio/deck that is beyond words. It was 30+ degrees outside, but with an outdoor fireplace and heaters, the patio was amazing. The owner of the cabin was so attentive to make sure all was going okay. We can't wait to go back."

  • Just right for a weekend getaway

"Nice location tucked away on a dead-end road with nothing but a couple of neighbors and pine trees to keep you company. Clean and organized inside and outside the property. Liked the personal attention from the owner throughout the rental process, very professional."

  • Country Christmas

"The Ponderosa is a beautiful 2 bedroom home tucked away in the Prescott National forest. It was like staying at an old friends home. It sits right down the road from Whiskey row, if you want to experience the local nightlife and good dinner. Or a great base camp to go exploring the beautiful park on a ATV. The home is within minutes of groceries, gas, and shopping. You can sit out and enjoy the beautiful property and the scenic view or travel back into town for shopping and meals. You can't go wrong with this rental. You are just far enough out to be secluded, but mere minutes from civilization."
