  • Sargent' Lodge

"This was our first visit to on of the Sargent's Cabins "The Lodge", but not our first visit to Greer. We loved this cabin, it fit our families needs perfectly. We have small dogs and we love to take them with us and "The Lodge" is a pet friendly cabin. It was wonderful to sit out on the deck in the afternoons and enjoy the fresh air. The deck is huge!!! We loved the view and the sunsets off the deck. It only takes a few minutes to walk to town from the cabin to the creek, shops, and restaurants. Greer has three lakes for fishing and there is Big Lake 30 minutes away. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of bedding for the cool evenings. The Lodge was very clean and has everything possible you could ever need in the kitchen including a good potato peeler!!! The Lodge is decorated rustic like a cabin should be and very homey. The wood burning fireplace to complete being in the woods. We have stayed at other cabins in Greer but The Lodge is the best. We will be back. There is everything you need at this cabin clean and a homey cabin feels like you are at home."

  • Beautiful Mountain getaway with many outdoor recreational options.

"Cabin met and exceeded our expectations as to what the description and pictures on listing showed! Our family with 4 teenagers enjoyed the weekend stay, walking, hiking, and playing volleyball at the community park. there was water running in the creek by the cabin. The area is very beautiful with a lot of mining history if you like to explore. Cabin was was adequately supplied with kitchen supplies , linens, etc. I-home and apple TV were nice to have. The only concern/ complaint we had is in the cleanliness of the cabin. It was minor but there were cobwebs on every level of the cabin, old coffee grounds in coffee maker, dead bugs behind furniture, and noticeable dust on widow sills and pet hair on the floors. We would recommend this property to a friend or relative."

  • Perfect Place to Stay!

"There were so many options of places to stay in Prescott. I've stayed at the casino before and although that was nice, it didn't even compare to the chalet. Pearl is the property manager and she maintains this house immaculately. She is also accessible at anytime and extremely pleasant. This house is in perfect condition and much thought was put in to the decor and ambiance. It's convenient location was close to everything. The only thing that the owners could improve is the TV/VCR combination upstairs. The master suite is beautiful but the TV is small and you can't rent VHS films anymore....We would highly recommend this property. We plan to stay there ever time we go in the future and bring our friends because they have a smaller but equally lovely house on the same lot."

  • Comfortable cabin

"This cabin features a large front deck that overlooks Ponderosa Pines. We spent most of our time on this deck & had all our meals here. The location is very convenient -- just up the road from an excellent market & restaurant. The owner is very organized, with lists of what to do; where to go for groceries, meals, golf, etc.; and clear directions on how to get there."
