From top to bottom. Mr Kobey made the process easy and communicates very well. Stayed on top of the whole process and went above and beyond in every way. The gift basket was a nice and warming welcome. I give this rental cabin the best rating possible.
The cabin is beautiful and has all the amenities one would expect of a high end rental.
Thank you Mr Kobey for making it an amazing stay."

"The property is very clean and well decorated. The house is very spacious and easily accommodates two families. We really enjoy our stay there. We left our clothes in the house, but the owner shipped it back to us. It was very nice of her."

"Our family of five had a great 2 night stay! The cabin itself had all the comforts of home, but was rustic enough to give the true cabin feel. It had a great lay out that had lots of area for being together, but was spread out enough to give us alone team when needed. It's stocked with everything. No TV channels, but a large TV for DVD viewing. THERE IS GREAT INTERNET SERVICE! We crammed tons of fun into the 3 days. After getting there early Saturday, we picnicked on the spacious front deck. NICE TOUCH was a book on the coffee table that told all about the history of Kohl's Ranch...very cool if you like that kind of thing. Later, we walked down to the creek. There are several ways to get there. If you head back down the road the way you came in there's a wash about 1/4 of a mile from the cabin. You can see Kohl's Ranch on the other side of the creek. If you go the opposite way down the road there's a very narrow public access trail. (watch for the barbed wire) right before you get to Tonto Creek Camp (where Arizona State University Football does pre-season camp!! I had no idea.) Also more of the creek across the highway in the camping area.
Kids loved the covered swing at the cabin and the squirrels. We used the grill and picnic table in the back for one meal. Went to nearby Fish Hatchery... something cool and different. Payson is close enough for dining. We ate at Mackey's Diner. Sooo good! Back at the cabin, mostly peaceful, but a couple times lot's of barking dogs, not constant and you can't hear them in the cabin. Nice neighbors all around. Our little one was constantly romping around the property. Lot's of really cool little things that make this place special. Fireplace was ready to go, but we didn't use it. Close to lots of stuff. We will have to come back when we can go fishing and visit a few more places. We caught a movie and ate at Mike's Fish and Chips (yum) on the way out through Payson. We recommend this cabin and hope to return. Bonus: Owner was great to work with and was available by text and e-mail when needed."

"My husband and I rented this nice little house with my sister and her husband for a long weekend in Prescott. We were in town for a family member's memorial hike. Everything was perfect about this house - the location, the quiet neighborhood, the lovely setting in the pines, the size of the house, the back deck & nice yard - and splitting the cost with another couple made it cheaper than a motel. It was a great size for two couples, but having another person or two probably wouldn't have seemed crowded. Once we were in the house, we were all disappointed we weren't staying longer. The house was very clean and everything we needed was provided for us. We felt lucky to have found the place, and lucky that we got to have our own house instead of a motel. If we make it back to Prescott, we hope we'll be able to stay in this sweet little house next time too."
