"Our visit started rather ominously. We entered and found a note saying that the water heater was broken and would be repaired in the morning. And it was. In fact, it was replaced. So we were good to go. We met Cyndi (the owner) several times during our monthlong visit. She is a very friendly lady and we enjoyed getting to know her. The house is delightful, though having the idiosyncrasies associated with a place about 100 years old. We were pleased to have air conditioning since some days were very warm for Prescott. However, we still enjoyed sitting out on the porch in the afternoon and evenings. The cottage is only two blocks from a small shopping center with a grocery store, Walgreens and Starbucks and only six blocks from Whiskey Row. There are many good restaurants in the area. Overall, it is a delightful place in a great location and we definitely plan to stay here again."

"Easy to find off the main highway. Large bonus room was perfect for our large family with cousin sleepovers and air hockey game. Wi-fi access, quiet neighborhood. Nice trailhead just a few miles away. Would stay here again."

"Our family loves renting cabins up north so we've stayed in a fair share. This cabin is roomy, well laid out and has the most gorgeous views. If you're adventurous you can hike down to the river in about 10 min. Beware: it's very steep! Or... You can take a short drive down to a crossing and splash around. The house has beautiful decks off the two main bedrooms and another off the kitchen. We saw deer from the living room windows. If you are there to be immersed in nature and enjoy the solitude, you have found the place!!
PS - the stairs to the basement are odd- the slope is too steep for regular stairs, just go slow, you'll get used to them :)"

"Had a pretty good size group of friends and family and it seemed to accommodate all of us. Nice air flow through the whole house with windows open.. Not a bad drive to reach lakes or stores(Show Low) . We had heard of Elk within stones throw away in the evenings, it was nice to watch them. Real nice appliances to handle all chilled storage and cooking for a party of any size.. If any negative I would have to say bed were hard and uncomfortable. But in all fairness I am used to a softer bed.."
