"We have traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and have availed ourselves of the VRBO site many times. We can honestly say that this was the best experience ever! We spent the month of April, 2015 here, and were delighted with everything it had to offer. The pictures do not come anywhere close to doing it justice. Everything we could possibly need or want was available to us. All the amenities of home, and then some. We were impressed with the quietness. No traffic noise, no loud neighbors, just peace and quiet. Barbara and Ernie were excellent landlords, and were available for any and all questions, of which there were few. The clubhouse was amazing, although we spent little time there, as we were so busy exploring the area. It was actually a fact finding mission for us, with the possibility of retirement in that region in the future. Trips to the Grand Canyon, Old Tucson and Jerome were easily within reach. The amenities were numerous. Barbara and Ernie really did think of everything--even a sewing kit, a first aid kit and a binder containing information on all of the appliances, etc. The home was in close proximity to many restaurants, shopping centers, and not far from the town square which we visited often. This would definitely be out first choice for a great place to stay should we have such a need in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!"

"We had 2 weeks in the Cottage and had a wonderful time. It was very cosy, beautifully appointed, very comfortable and a lovely garden to relax in, just what we needed. Nanci (the owner) lives next door and was absolutely charming. Her chickens visited from time to time and were delightful, and a family of 4 squirrels visited regularly by playing in the trees. The cottage is a hundred yards for the main road so it is very quiet, just the occasional car driving past in the lane. Overall we had a wonderful stay - thank you so much Nanci."

"My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary over Father's Day weekend. We found this cute little chalet in Prescott, out of the extreme heat of the valley of the sun. It was perfect for our little romantic get away. We walked to shopping, dining and along whiskey row. Although just off Gurley, it was quiet and peaceful in this perfect little house. Pearl keeps it spotless and very nicely decorated. There is off street parking, a front porch where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. There is a covered patio and grill in the back so you could grill up some nice steaks in the evening and enjoy the beautiful cool evenings in Prescott. We loved the little chalet. Pearl showed us the much bigger back house which would be awesome for a larger group or family. Some people rent them together for fam reunions which would be ideal. We can't wait to go back!"

"Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving 2014, and this is a beautiful home with an incredible view of Thumb Butte. The home is very comfortable with a very nice and well equipped kitchen. The rooms are very nicely decorated and the home has wifi which was very important to our teenagers. The owner was extremely helpful when we had some problems with the heat, and made sure that we were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again!"
