  • Amazing house on the river!

"We just stayed at Park Place for the week and absolutely loved it! It's a nice, spacious house where everyone had a place to be and you just can not beat having your boat parked outside in your backyard. Highlights: Location - it's easy to maneuver the boat in and out Space - plenty of room for everyone and comfortable beds Air - A/C pretty much rocks and kept the whole house cool in 105 degree weather Decks - It gets sun in the morning, so in the afternoon the deck is nice and cool to relax on. The view from the top deck is amazing Ducks - My 4 year old named and fed them every night. Insulation - VERY important when the noisy, drunk neighbors move in next door (happened to us 2 nights) and you need to drown them out. From the bedrooms, even with their outdoor speakers literally on full blast, we heard nothing. The style of the house is relaxed and comfortable, and the kitchen has all you could ask for. The only minor thing I would say is there is no washer/dryer, which is a bummer since we fly in, but we just packed a little extra. All in all, this house has everything you need for an amazing, comfortable and fun trip to the river. We will definitely be back!"

  • A lovely home away from home

"We spent three months here, joining the parade of retired and semi-retired heading south to escape the cold. This house became a home away from home. Since you are not really on vacation but living in a different place, it was great to have a fully-equipped kitchen for cooking and baking - all sorts of small appliances and gadgets. There is a lot of seating in the kitchen/bar area. (The area also has a lot of good restaurants nearby.) This house has lovely decor and the landscaping is really nice. I spent a lot of time by the pool. The barbecue area is private and great for outdoor dining. One great feature was three full baths. When our relatives came for a visit, there was no waiting for showers. The split house plan ensured privacy. There was also a lot of closet space. The owners were awesome to deal with and were extremely helpful. The location is very good with access to shopping and other retail venues. It was close to a number of golf courses. The property was very clean and well-maintained. You can tell the owners take pride in their second home. The photos are very accurate - if anything, they don't reflect how nice it is in terms of furnishings and art. In the winter, there are different festivals and events every weekend - balloon festival, pyrotechnics, bluegrass festival, winterfest, spring fling and quilting on the lake, to name a few. It is close to bowling and the cinema. There are a lot of outdoor activities; Havasu has a lot to offer. Kids would love the waterpark! I would definitely recommend this to anyone and plan on returning. Thanks, Ross and Cindy, for sharing your lovely home!"

  • Doesn't Get Much Better!

"Being longtime renters in Lake Havasu, we have rented several different properties over the years. Most were very clean and seemed to provide our family the space and amenities that made our stays enjoyable. Until this year we usually rented through a well-known rental company in town and knew no better way. This year the well-known rental company had a problem meeting an immediate last-minute rental need which got us looking around. We stumbled upon the rental properties of Adventure Vacation Rentals and the prices seemed too good to be true. Having few or no other options to book an impromptu stay we booked a 1 bedroom villa with a 44' RV garage. What a delight! The place was absolutely perfect!! Great location, very reasonable prices, clean, convenient, pet friendly, and owned by the friendliest and most accommodating landlords in Lake Havasu. If you're looking for a great place to stay you cannot go wrong with any of the Adventure Vacation Rental properties."

  • Terrific escape for "Snowbirds"

"This rental has everything that you need for an extended stay. The neighborhood is quiet, serene, calm and relaxing and exactly as the owner describes! After a great night sleep in the luxurious comfortable King bed, we could watch the sun come up while having our morning coffee on the deck. Dinner on the deck in the evening is awesome, especially since there are NO bugs, flies or mosquitos. Having Rotary Park close by was great because my husband could sit and read, while I walked along the Colorado River walkway. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating and will do anything to make your stay the best it can be! We had such a great time during our month here, we are sure we will be back!"
