  • Wonderful home!!

"What a lovely home to have for a vacation. Beautifully landscaped, the views in every direction of the mountains were great. Each morning we watched the sunrise sitting on the back patio with our coffee, which offered a nice awning to keep the shade lovers happy. The pool and spa were a very nice feature and had plenty of patio furniture for us to lounge on along with a nice patio table and chairs. The home was equipped with everything you would want or need. The kitchen was perfect if you're wanting to prepare meals, we however took advantage of all the great places that were convenient to this location. Scottsdale is only a half hour away, Cave Creek only 20 minutes, both fun and so different. Sedona is only an hour and a half drive, and gorgeous. A three and a half hour drive to the Grand Canyon is worth it too. We would definitely return to this beautiful home for another vacation in Arizona and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a memorable stay!!"

  • First time to AZ.

"It was our first visit to the state of Arizona, the location of the house is perfect. Everything is within walking distance. Shopping, dining, entertainment. The house in itself is a vacation. Plenty of room and the photo's don't do the backyard justice. The pool area is huge, equipped with an outside bar and grilling area. Lots to see and do in the Phoenix area, recommend a football game if you arrive in the fall. Also Topgolf in Scottsdale was a great night of entertainment. The Grand Canyon and Sedona are a must do if you vacation in the Anthem area. And don't worry about the house not being equipped with the things you need. Everything needed to cook, clean and wash is available. They also had plenty of TP which is needed during a week of eating and drinking. "Plan on returning next year same time" The owner Rob is very quick and helpful with any issues. See ya in 2015"

  • WONDERFUL HOME!

"We were in the process of moving from FL to AZ and needed a place to stay for 4 1/2 months while we searched for a home to buy. We could not have made a better choice in a rental home. The home was in a quiet, beautiful and gated neighborhood. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and waterfall were a huge plus. We have grandchildren in the area and they just loved it. The patio area in the backyard and surrounding the pool has very comfortable furniture. Anthem is a great location. Its close enough to the "big city" to take advantage of what Phoenix has to offer, yet very handy to Sedona, Jerome, and the northern attractions of Arizona. Very important to us, since we have rented through VRBO before, is the ease of management. The owner, Tom, has to be one of the nicest people we have ever had to pleasure of knowing. Anything we needed or asked for was done immediately. Also very important was that the maintenance person for the home was the next door neighbor! So anytime something was not perfect, we could just knock on his door and it would be taken care of. Just a wonderful situation. I guess the bottom line here is: "RENT THIS HOUSE!""

  • Home Away from Home

"My wife and I really enjoyed spending most of the winter (Dec-Feb) in beautiful Anthem this year. Renting this spacious home on the golf course was a great experience. The house afforded a lovely view of mountains and was a comfortable retreat from which we could explore the many points of interest in the area, including Cave Creek and its many trails, shops, and restaurants. We loved taking scenic morning walks through the neighborhood to the Ironwood Clubhouse and back, soaking in the abundant sunshine. We worked mostly with Ginny, who was always helpful and responsive to our questions. A great place to stay."
