"Loved the condo and it's conveniently located near Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix and the 101 freeway. Owners Scott and Leann were gracious hosts and could not be more accommodating. The place was clean and equipped with everything from kitchen utensils to bikes. My wife and I stayed here during a home renovation and made it our home away from home. Highly recommended."

"The Turquoise House is colourfful, quirky and definitely fun. Each room is intriguingly dressed with a huge variety of objet d'art which draw your eye and please your senses. The home is very comfortable and extremely well equipped; the kitchen has high end electrical appliances making cooking a breeze. The steam shower was a new highlight for us, even though we'd stayed in several other rentals in the Scottsdale area over a number of years. The home was immaculate, clean and comfortable.
The property is situated in a very quiet cul de sac in a gated community and the owners' very clear directions meant that we had no problems driving there from Sky Harbor. The tranquil surroundings ensured that our vacation was truly relaxing. Much of our time was spent beside the pool enjoying the bird population, as coming from the UK, hummingbirds and roadrunners are a huge treat! In fact one roadrunner strolled past about 6 feet from where I was sitting! Eagles soared overhead and we heard coyotes in the distance. When it was too hot to stay outdoors, we relished the coolness provided by an efficient air conditioning system.
It is ideally situated for day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon, and being a bit adventurous, we took a two day trip to Monument Valley, a long drive, but those iconic buttes seen close up are a photographer's dream and the images will help us through the long wet English winter nights!
Not being golfers, we didn't take advantage of the owner's offer to play at Desert Mountain, but we visit and enjoyed a dramatic sunset from the trailhead there. The views south towards Tucson mountains were awesome, thanks Scott.
Grocery shopping was easy with a choice of stores close by. There is an impressive range of bars and restaurants within a short drive.
But above all, the home ensured that our vacation was so relaxing, everything we needed was on site, so we were able to kick back and chill out under the desert sun and stars. On two consecutive nights whilst enjoying the myriad of stars overhead, we watched in awe as a meteor silently traversed the sky leaving an orange trail in its wake.
Scott is a most attentive caring owner who goes that extra mile to ensure his guests' comfort."

"My family stayed here while in town for a wedding. We had six adults, an infant, and a toddler. The house was perfect for us. I love that they had toys outside for the toddler, and a high chair and pack and play for our infant.
The house was clean and had plenty of toiletries, towels, toilet paper, etc. I've stayed at other places where they give you the bare minimum, which can be really inconvenient.
The location is great. It's close to grocery stores and several restaurants. The community itself is quiet and beautifully taken care of.
Coordinating and talking with Trent and Kerri was really easy and pleasant as well. One family in our group lost their car keys and the cleaning lady was very nice about searching the house for them!
I would recommend this place and would stay here again!"

Beautfiul, Well Maintained Condo in Fountain Hills
"Difficult to know where to start really. We are former condo owners for 9 years, and landlords for winter snow birds in Fountain Hills ourselves. After selling our unit a few years ago we started visiting and renting while we are there to visit our relatives. So we are well aware of the hard work involved in stocking and maintaining a unit for part rime renters. It has to be a labor of love when you do it right. And let us say TJ has gone over the top in all areas. We like to compare how well we use to stock our unit for our guests, with units we now rent when we visit beautiful Fountain Hills Arizona. We were stunned and taken aback with how well this unit is stocked...TJ has everything you might need and things you never even think about. It's move in ready as they say, which reflects the attention to detail that is required to keep guests happy. That is not always easy, believe me. It is a beautiful condo, and the pool is only 15 to 20 feet from the covered patio, a real plus...what an amenity that is. Also located in a in a very quiet and peaceful complex. The design and lay out are perfect...we loved the floor plan. It is open, airy, roomy and and so bright. And you will be close to everything you may want to do for entertainment. Dining, desert hiking, Casino, all within 5 to 10 minutes from your front door. Downtown Fountain Hills is an easy short walk away. And also close to the famous Fountain on the lake, just a couple of minutes away. My wife always goes to the Fountain in the mornings to take her walk around the beautiful lake...the trail around the Lake is 1.25 miles, so it's a perfect morning stroll. We would recommend this condo to anyone...do not hesitate. If you are looking for a peaceful quiet getaway with every conceivable amenity imaginable, this is your place. You can not ask for more than what TJ has provided here. Job well done.
Julie and Steve"
