"If tranquility and relaxation is what you desire, this home is an excellent choice. The private back yard with inviting pool allows you to escape your every day life. Very spacious and welcoming home for all ages. Necessity shopping (Fries Market, Walmart, Walgreens plus some fast food restaurants) is within minutes. An amazing vacation home."

"Casa Elena is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. From the moment we drove into the palm and eucalyptus tree-lined streets of Verrado, we knew we were in a special place. The community itself features sidewalks, parks, hiking trails and a quaint and picturesque Main Street area complete with restaurants, a grocery store, spa, fitness center and more. We have found nothing like this in any other part of Phoenix! We can highly recommend the Verrado Grill patio for it's lovely view of the Raven Golf course. We also enjoyed pizza at Grazie and a great dinner at the Tempo Urban Bistro.
As for Casa Elena, it is completely true to the pictures and description, though better in person! The pool area is beautiful and we ate dinner out there frequently. The house is nicely designed so that the master suite is in one end of the house and the other two bedrooms are down a hall at the other end; maximum privacy for all. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you might need for cooking. The decor is lovely throughout the house and outdoor areas. This house is truly a gem, you will not be disappointed!"

"This home was in quiet, safe neighborhood in Western suburbs of Phoenix. Home was very clean and had great western décor and comfortable back yard with large over hang to shade from the sun. Back yard had ample seating and barbeque to view golfers, bunnies, and variety of birds. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and utensils for family gathering. Rental was close to a variety of restaurants and grocery chains whether one wanted cheap or more high end. Larger city within 10 minute drive on I-10. Great park for outdoor sports, concerts (attended 2-free), or playground for younger children within 1.5 miles. Same park had a farmers market for fresh produce one to two times a month.
Property had Wi-Fi which was much appreciated but advertised computer was slow and had thousands of viruses on it. Other than computer, place was as advertised and would recommend for Snow Birds or families with younger children. Thanks again for letting us use your home for over 2 months."

"We vacationed here with 2 other adult couples and the place was wonderful! The home itself is well stocked and had everything that we needed. We used the outdoor kitchen, hot tub and patio areas everyday and every evening. Watching the stars from the hot tub was awesome. We were able to walk or ride the bicycles to the pool, gym and to the trail head for hiking in the mountains. Verrado is a town within a town, everyone we met was so friendly and it is such a well thought out concept. We were even able to take in the Founder's Day events and concert while we were there. It was so convenient to have a full grocery store (Basha's) just a short walk away for anything we needed. They have an amazing deli and we bought fantastic sandwiches to take on our picnic to Lake Pleasant. The Verrado Grill has a wonderful happy hour and is a great place to sit outdoors and watch the sunset. We took in a couple of spring training baseball games and even went to the Grand Canyon. Henry was very easy to work with and he was so quick to get back to us with answers to our questions. We would not hesitate to recommend this home or community. My husband and I love this part of Arizona; we enjoy the outdoors, biking, hiking and appreciate the beauty of creation - this was the perfect place, it exceeded all of our expectations. This is our third spring-time trip to the Phoenix area and we would definitely return to Verrado again."
