"Spacious, private, clean, well-equipped, well-managed, great amenities. Our second year renting this home and have booked it again. Recommend it."

  • Wonderful Time

"We stayed at this home in December 2014. The home was very nice and well equipped. It is in a beautiful gated adult community. The amenities are amazing. It is located less than 5 miles from Interstate 10 which allows you to go anywhere from north to south in Arizona. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our visit and hope to return again."

  • Great for Golfers

"My wife and I rented this home for two months ( mid Feb. to mid April, 2015 ). The house is everything that the owners described in their add and more. Our grandkids visited as well as friends for a couple of nights. Everyone commented on the freshness of the house, the cleanliness, and the quality of the beds and bedding. We were very happy with the location as well, it was very quiet area, the neighbors were nice, and we felt safe. The proximity to both Phoenix and Tucson was a benefit to us. We visited both places several times, the air museum in Tucson is a must, as well as the Mission of St. Frances Xavier just south of Tucson. A few of the 'Must Do's ' in the Phoenix area are the Art Gallery, Old Scottsdale and shopping in the Chandler area, ( which is only 25 mins. from the house ). Golf and hiking are our main interests and the Casa Grande area offered plenty. Golf is reasonably priced ( less than $ 50.00 with a cart ) our three favorite courses are the municipal course, 10 mins. from the house, Francisco Grande an older course with large trees for shade on the hot days, and Robson Ranch ( about 20 mins. away). Golf Now for the best rates on each. Kind of a lengthy review, but Vickie and Bruce were always available, and we were very appreciative. We plan on returning."

  • A mixed review

"Our overall experience was fine: the property manager was very helpful, the home was spacious and exactly as advertised, and the location on the golf course was delightful. However, the Canadian cable was problematic for watching U.S. sports during football playoffs or for checking local weather. There were a number of problems that should have been addressed before the house was rented: smoke alarm batteries that indicated they needed to be replaced, dryer lint buildup that was a real fire hazard, missing pieces necessary for heating the pool, and very cluttered kitchen cabinets and pantry that needed organization before we could use them. The water is not drinkable and you will have to buy drinking water according to instructions left by the owner. If you decide to rent this property, be aware that it is the owners' vacation home and that many of their personal belongings including expired condiments in the refrigerator are in evidence. Despite these concerns, we would rent again as Jeanne and Reg, the property managers, were so helpful and the neighborhood was so friendly. We were glad to be able to rent directly across the street from another property belonging to this owner and rented to my sister and her husband. And the location between Phoenix and Tuscon enabled us to take day trips to both areas. We were thrilled to see nesting peregrine falcons on a hike to nearby Picacho Peak State Park."
