"Condo was great! We had a great time and would definitely choose this property again. It had everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we had was tripping a breaker when we had two hair dryers running at the same time. The notebook in the condo, listing all area attractions/local info was very helpful."

  • Phoenix area condo VRBO #380704

"This condo worked fine for us. We were 2 couples. It was just as described. We cooked out a couple of nights with the gas grill. We used the pool and hot tub different days. That was nice, we were the only ones in the pool area. We had it to ourselves every time we used it. The pool was a little cool, and the hot tub a little hot. The condo was fine. The outdoor patio area was nice for coffee in the mornings, and evening visits. The bedroom with the bunk beds and queen was a little tight, and had no dresser. The property was clean. The owner took care of any of our concerns. I would recommend this property to friends, and I would stay here again. I would do a morning walk everyday. We did a day trip to the Apache Trail. A great restaurant-Oregano's was just up the road 5 miles from the condo, they have the best pizza."

  • Perfect Five Star--Better Than Expected

"The pictures of this home are great, but they don't do justice to the soaring ceilings, the beautiful state-of-the-art kitchen, the spotlessly clean home, the orange tree in the front yard, the quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and the inviting backyard pool and private lake down the street. The bougainvillea and various desert plants were in full bloom, and the common areas and yards in the neighborhoods were beautifully landscaped. The peace and quiet was without parallel of all the condo/home rentals we have experienced in the past five years. The interior zoning of the home is ideal for privacy of adults with children. The owners were extremely accommodating to schedule issues and responded immediately to any request regarding the home (we had difficulty operating the TV.) The property is in close proximity to the airport and is convenient to tourist attractions. We LOVED the Desert Botanical Garden. We enjoyed a day at Old Town Scottsdale and made a day trip to Sedona where the red rocks are spectacular. Don't miss the drive up South Mountain, the view of Phoenix from the top, and the great hiking trails."

"We arrived in a rainstorm and our last travel day was difficult. The owner gave us great instructions for arrival. We didn't have a problem getting into our beautiful condo, late in the day and quite tired from travel. The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished and larger than the pictures showed. We were thrilled with our selection and we love this area of Scottsdale. We have stayed in the area before and this condo far exceeds the others we were in. The owner even came over and went over a few things we needed to know. She was extremely helpful in getting us settled in. I would definitely recommend this property to friends. The location is so close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. It's a great place to be for a couple of cold winter months!"
