  • Good Rental Location from Great People!

"My wife and I from Ontario rented this Merrill Ranch location from mid Jan to mid March in 2014. We had a fantastic time, and the owners of this house were a big part of that. Very good location, wonderful people, and lots to do. I would highly recommend--as the owners do--exercising the option to join the Anthem at Merrill Ranch community center if the timing fits for your holiday. There is a very, very good gym here, many other programs, pickle ball and tennis, and a discounted rate at the local(above average) golf course. This is a very friendly area, frequented by a large number of western Canadians. However, I would mention that for this particular location, a good vehicle is a necessity, as this community is still slightly isolated on the shopping and overall retail side. Plans are in place to change that(I believe), but at the moment you need to drive north on Hunt hiway about 10-15 minutes to the Queen Creek area, or south towards Casa Grande to access good selection on shopping, dining, and golf. The very good trade-off is that this house is new, very comfortable, well-appointed, and is a great base location for whatever you want to experience in the valley. The owners of this location treated us very well on dates, price, and value, and I need to commend them here and highly recommend this particular address as a spot that will work for a wide variety of holiday options--long term older retirees, families, friends travelling together, etc. This is a great pick."

  • Exellent Rental Home

"This was our first experience renting a home for a month and it was awesome. The house was beautiful, spotless and had everything we needed for a memorable stay. The owners were attentive, thoughtful and made us feel welcome. We had many e-mails between us, prior to our stay, where all our questions were answered. We loved the hiking, San Tan Flat Restaurant, The Gourd Festival, The Indian Festival, The Olive Mill and more. San Tan Regional Park was super for hiking. We hiked there three times The patio is enclosed by a block wall, which made it very private. The house is located in a large housing development, but was a very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and relatives and would not hesitate to stay there again. It was a very relaxing month in sunny AZ."
