  • Better than expected or anticipated

"As a first time VRBO user, I was overwhelmingly surprised by the ammenities included with this rental. The house was fantastic, the decor "spot on", access to local entertainment, perfect! Having use of a full kitchen and outdoor grill, i was able to cook what i wanted, eat, snack and entertain wthout the extra expenses of going out. I will definately use this site to book future getaways to other locations. I will contact the owner to use this residence for my next trip to Phoenix. I am doubtfull as to a better furnished home in this area, for this price."

  • Great Accommodation

"We rented the house for a week of golf to house four guys. The owner met us on arrival to make sure we knew how to operate everything. The house was everything promised and described on VRBO. It was clean, all bedding a linens were clean and fresh, all towels, bathroom and kitchen utensils were supplied. We particularly appreciated the provision of basic things like hand and shower soap, and the well equipped kitchen. Televisions in bedrooms, and cable tv as well as internet was all first rate. The neighbourhood is quiet, the yard is very enjoyable. Our purpose was golfing, there are many golf courses within easy driving distance."

  • Fabulous Home - Great Location!

"We stayed here for our spring break vacation and absolutely loved it! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated, and much larger than it looks from the outside. We have 2 teenagers and everyone had their own space which made our stay more enjoyable. The pool table was a big hit and the beds are very comfortable. It was pretty warm while we were there and having the pool in the backyard was great. We spent a lot of time in the backyard as the furniture out there was very comfy. Being close to the 101 was very handy since my son and husband went to a lot of spring training games. The neighbourhood was clean and quiet and Kim was very easy to communicate with. If we go back to Phoenix we will definately stay here again!"
