"This visit we were only able to spend a few nights in Maricopa and were very pleased these owners were able to accommodate us. We had more than enough space for two couples and especially enjoyed relaxing on the patio after golfing at the nearby Southern Hills Golf Course and at The Duke. Nice walking paths throughout the neighborhood and good recreation facilities. The regular pool isn't open this time of year--just the lap pool-- but we were still able to hang out there, take a dip, and meet some of the friendly residents. The home itself was well-equipped (dishes, cookware, extra towels, etc) with everything a person might need. The owner was helpful and responsive. I'd recommend this property without hesitation, especially for families."

"We rented this home for a family reunion this March (2015). It was spectacular. The house is very well appointed and clean, beds were wonderful, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of eating spaces, and the backyard with the pool was exceptional. The game room also provided hours of entertainment. Our family enjoyed every minute of it and agreed it was perfect for our reunion."

"The owners of this property live in Maricopa and are very attentive to their renters, and the physical appearance of the yard and grounds. Maricopa is a bedroom community, NOT a suburb of Phoenix. It is quiet, and not very commercial. If you plan to eat out, you will be going to Chandler a lot. Maricopa has lots of fast food but no national chain restaurants or shopping centers. For me, shopping isn't important. It has a Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, Frys and Bashas grocery stores. That's pretty much all I need. If you like to gamble, there is a very nice casino at the edge of town. Night life is pretty much non-existent if that is your bag. Maricopa is pretty because there is so much GREEN grass. Beautiful landscaping and great for leisurely walks and bicycyle rides. Maricopa isn't for the person seeking excitement - but if you like quiet and are a homebody, this place is for you. There are two golf courses."

"This rancher in a very nice, quiet area that was perfect for us especially as the unheated pool was at a perfect temperature for our use staying in March. The golf putting green was a bit challenging for my handicap though. Ample food shopping nearby (Fry's, Walmart etc) and a good restaurant that you can walk to at the local golf course. The only advice I can think of to offer to the owners (who are great to deal with) is to perhaps have a couple of bikes as the area is great for riding around and enhance the internet speed a bit."
