"We stayed one week in July. The location is perfect for families. The kids got to play outside in the nicely shaded private patio. The community's pool was well cared for. The boys favorite part was unexpected by us: the pond. They loved visiting the pond each morning and evening to see the koi fish, turtles, crawdads and minnows. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores nearby. The Mesa Riverview park is just down the road and it has a free splashpark. The condo was clean and well-supplied. They even had toys and legos for the kids to enjoy. This condo will definitely be at the top of our list for our next stay in Mesa."

"This was a great place to stay for our family during our trip to the Mesa area. Really nice place, great pool for the kids just across the parking area, and most things we needed other than perishable food provided. Really good communication with the host. Highly recommendEd!"

"This was the best experience we've had with VRBO. We were looking for a place that would be fun for our toddler grandson and conveniently located enough to take in Cubs and White Sox spring training games (yes, some of us like both teams!) as well as favorite things to do in Phoenix. This rental exceeded our expectations in every regard. The small pool was just right for our little guy, although some vigilance was required since there is no fence surrounding it (this had been made clear by the owners). The large, beautifully landscaped yard was just right for t-ball and exploring. The home was also well stocked and every need was provided for, including exercise equipment in the garage. The home was casual but luxurious.
As far as location goes, Gilbert is in the east valley but the home is very close to the highway system, with US 60 just about four blocks away. We did not have to travel more than 40 minutes or so to get anywhere: both ballparks, ASU, Scottsdale, the San Tan Mall and downtown Phoenix, to name a few. As well, a first class golf course, Superstition Springs, is practically in their back yard. Downtown Gilbert is very close and we ate there often at Oregano's pizza, Joe's Barbeque and other restaurants equally as good if not better. A must-do is stopping to have a coffee at Bernie's and enjoying the large yard and the people-watching.
Lastly, the owner is on top of everything and very responsive. Excellent hosts! I hope I never have to stay anywhere else in the Phoenix area!"
