"We stayed a week in September 2014 and spent two days driving to the Painted Desert and Canyon de Chelly, putting 1,000 miles on our rental car. The townhome is very comfortable, wonderful beds, beautiful view in a quiet park-like setting, and close to everything. We enjoyed the townhouse so much that we made an effort to relax and eat in most nights. We are not pool people but the Mesa Swap Meet and local shopping were great. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"I stayed in this unit for an extended stay in the early spring. What a great unit! It was well appointed, extremely clean and the community was tended to on a daily basis, whether it was the landscapers or pool service. The owner met us at the property and gave us a tour of the entire community and showed us how to use the TV, automatic door lock system and the entire community. The property is on a code system so there was no need to worry about carrying a key or ever getting locked out. It was nicely decorated and well layed out. Walking around the pond every morning and having restaurants and multiple grocery stores all within walking distance was very enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Chandler. Thanks!"

"The home is clean and tidy. The furniture is tasteful. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are a great size and very well done. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Everything about the home is first rate -- except the trains. The home is right next to railroad tracks. In the middle of the night, the clear sound of the train horn and rumbling of the tracks can substitute as your alarm clock. If you are a light sleeper like me, this is definitely a negative. My kids slept through the noise. The trains aside, there is nothing negative to say about the home. We will use it again. I'll just bring ear plugs."

"A lovely accommodation. Amenities as promised. Only problem was opening the swollen front door after the heavy rains prior to our arrival. Is not a 55+community. Many young children and working people coming and going all hours."
