"The condo was very clean, and loved that it didn't have any stairs to climb. Comfortable mattress was a plus. Kitchen had everything you can imagine. The only negative was that it was in a gated area and if the code to get in doesn't work (Dana was great at getting back to us with a different code), you had to wait until someone else came and left so the gate would open. Other than that, I would stay there again."

"My husband and I stayed at this one bedroom condo in Scottsdale for the month of January. We have many positive comments about the condo, starting with the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and enabled us to prepare many meals while we stayed there. The dishwasher came in handy and having a fridge with water and ice on the outside of the door was a convenience . The kitchen was very clean and bigger than we expected.
Although this is only a one bedroom condo, it was spacious enough for my husband and I not to feel cramped at all. The small balcony was nice to sit out on in the morning. The queen bed was very comfortable and having a walk-in closet gave us plenty of room for clothes , also the bedroom had a large dresser which also gave us plenty of storage. It was also convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo.
Although this condo has shared walls, it was fairly quiet most of the time and we really appreciated that. The pool is beautiful and reminded us of resort pools with palm trees, a small water feature, and other landscaping. The weather in January was a little cold for us to go in the water, but we spent time sitting in lounge chairs around the pool just relaxing. Having a small workout room was a added feature, and we did use it.
The location was good and it was nice to be close enough to go to Fry's grocery store (which is fantastic) as well as many other smaller stores and restaurants. We weren't far from a lot of shopping, a lot of hiking and other Scottsdale activities.
The only negatives we could think of perhaps is that the condo may need updated in carpet and Decor, especially in the living room. There was no coffee table and that would've come in handy for snacking in front of the television. The bathroom also could've use some updating but it was adequate for our stay.
We would recommend this condo for couples who want to get away in Scottsdale. It was certainly wonderful to feel the warm sun on us knowing our friends back in Ohio we're still in the midst of winter."

"This house was absolutely terrific, as was all the interaction we had with the rental agents. The 'casita' bedroom adjacent to the garage is perfect for someone who wants a bit more privacy, as it's completely separate from the main house and the other three bedrooms (though privacy was definitely not lacking in the roomy expanses of this really incredible property). Would rent this home again in a heartbeat. I've been telling everyone about this fabulous property: Its amazing views and kitted out to perfection. We walked in with our suitcases and immediately felt at home. We only needed to make a quick trip to the supermarket for breakfast items, and we were all set."

"I’m a medical student and did a month rotation at the Mayo Clinic in August. We (including my wife and my two year old daughter) were lucky enough to stay in Sharon’s condo. If you have to be in Scottsdale in the summer, this is a great place to be!
We loved it. It was beautifully furnished throughout. It was exceptionally clean and the beds and beautiful sofas were super-comfortable. It looks even better than depicted in the photos. It doesn’t have a lot of nick knacks, which is perfect if you have a child or don’t like a lot of clutter. But everything you could possibly need was there. There are two patios and the condo is very open and light. It has plantation shutters on all three patio doors. They let the light in the day and dark and cool at night.
The two pools and hot tub are very close (but not too close so there’s no pool noise) and the complex is beautifully landscaped and quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and cooking utensils you’ll need.
This is an unbeatable location. The condo is a stone’s throw away from nice restaurants, shopping, and there’s a new Safeway almost across the street. There’s gourmet food shopping very close also (AJ’s Market is south on Scottsdale Rd a few miles and Whole Foods is west on Shea Blvd).
My wife enjoyed shopping at the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall and the Scottsdale Quarter just a few miles north (fun, upscale shopping and an Apple store). We celebrated my 30th birthday at the most beautiful restaurant: Elements at the Sanctuary Resort. A little pricey but worth every penny! It’s on Camelback Mountain with fantastic views, awesome food and the best service you’ll ever find.
There’s a large YMCA right across 70th St. (5 minute walk). They have babysitting services, a lap pool, lots of weight machines, free weights, racquetball and basketball courts and much more.
This condo has a split bedroom floor plan, which would also be nice for two couples. Each couple has their own bathroom and private patio. It’s close to everything but still tucked away on a quiet street, making it a peaceful retreat. I would love to come back in the winter, lounge on the patios and not have to go to work!
Sharon was very engaged and wonderful to work with. Upon our arrival she made us feel very comfortable and welcome. She was always available for advice about things to do in the area.
I strongly recommend this one. Totally 5 out of 5 stars!"
