  • Great for Families!

"My husband and I stayed here with our two adult children and their families - 4 kids total. We all loved it. The house was luxurious and spacious, with plenty of gathering spaces both inside and out. The kids loved the playground which was on the property as well as the heated pool. We were also able to walk to McCormick Railroad Park, which has a train, carousel and playground. The kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of towels for pool and bathing. Great luxury sheets, too. Our kids loved "helping" Diane, the owner, (who stayed in a casita on the property) walk her two dogs. We were all friends by the end of the week. She's awesome. Wonderful rental experience!"

  • My Stay

"Wanted to let you know that if you are seeking a comfortable, resort style stay while in Phoenix, you have to check out this property. Without a doubt it far exceeded my expectations. I arrived late on a Sunday night, everything was in place upon my arrival such as toiletries, bottled water in the fridge, and a very comfortable quiet condo to get a great nights sleep. I stayed 5 days here, and although my conference kept me very busy during the day, coming back here each night was no different than being at a resort, except the price is much more reasonable!!! I would not hesitate to come back here, perfect location, with a perfect host!"

  • Another perfect stay!

"The condo was every bit as comfortable and convenient as it was last December. Located near my aging parents and sister, as well as every store one could possibly need during their stay, its location just can't be beat. It's an easy matter to hop on the freeway and get anywhere in Phoenix one might want to go. Remarkably quiet and peaceful for a condo complex, we enjoyed unhurried mornings and evenings, and most importantly, a good night's sleep. You won't find a more genial owner, one who easy to reach and is committed to making your stay a good one. A real gem!"

  • Met are needs perfectly! Great location!

"We stayed here for two weeks during the Christmas and New Year's Holiday, visiting with our son who lives in an apartment nearby, working a 7-month job at Desert Mountain. My brother and sister-in-law stayed with us as their son is also working and living with our son. It was plenty of space for four adults. Even though all the guys (5 - 20 somethings) stayed at their apartment, the condo had plenty of space to host Christmas, dinners, and New Year's and Rose Bowl parties. The spacious loft and pull out couch were put to use when everyone slept over one night, waking up together on Christmas morning. We walked almost every morning utilizing the track around the golf course or through nearby streets lined with homes and played golf on the nearby golf courses. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance or a short drive. The pool was a very comfortable temperature as was the hot tub. If you like to grill, you'll love the two gas grills located right outside your door or the ones by the pool area. We used them a lot. Hiking trails were a short drive away. The Sky Harbor Airport was an easy 15 minutes away as was the zoo and Arizona State University where we attended the Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl Game. Everything we needed was available at the condo. The owners were more than helpful and very accommodating. The description was accurate as were the pictures. The property was clean and well kept. We would definitely rent this condo again, if we are in the area."
