"I spent one month in this lovely condo. It is comfortably furnished, and well-appointed with all the items that make it feel like "home." The condo is sparkling-clean and well-stocked. The grounds are absolutely, as well. There's an amazing variety of flowers, and many mornings I would have my coffee on the balcony, or at one of the many pools, and enjoy watching the variety of hummingbirds the plant life attracts. The grounds and the pools are well-maintained. There are many incredible hikes walking distance, as there are mountains to the north and south, both walking distance. The owner was an absolute delight; he made sure my stay was enjoyable, and was available to offer assistance. I highly recommend this vacation rental. You will not be disappointed."Guest: Sandy Date of Stay: May 2012 Review Submitted: June 29, 2012View listing
"I was looking for housing for a two month internship in Phoenix when I came across this gem of a place. This condo was as advertised and the owners are very easy to work with. It was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed as I did not want to bring much along. The location is perfect: on the border of Phoenix very close to Tempe, but also just a short driving distance to Scottsdale. It was perfect for me, as my internship site was just a 2 minute drive. The downtown Tempe area was also a lot of fun. The Salt River/Lake area right across the bridge into Tempe is definitely a must see. If you hike or bike you will not be disappointed as you are right around the corner from the Papago Park area. Shopping, hiking, sightseeing are all very close. This condo is on the third floor in a quiet complex with a great nighttime sunset from the patio. The complex is gated, has a small workout room and two pools with BBQ areas. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental."Guest: Physical Therapy Student Intern Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: July 2, 2014View listing
"Enjoyed a great week of cactus league baseball, golf, and hiking from this centrally located apartment. Wendy and Eric were most helpful with local attractions, directions, restaurants, etc. The place was perfect for the 4 of us during our busy week of activities."Guest: john Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 18, 2014View listing
"I recently stayed here for six weeks with my dog. There is a doggie door and a potty patch, but my dog chose to use neither! The condo is right outside the pool, which was very convenient. That pool is not heated, but in the summertime, the temp was just right. I believe the other pool is heated, though I did not use it. Communication with the owner was very good. Quick responses every time I had a question. Would not hesitate to return, should the opportunity arise. Bed is very comfy!"Guest: Kristine U.
