  • Mesa Stay

"We really enjoyed staying at the house in Mesa!! It exceeding our expectations and if you can believe it, everything was much better than the pictures. There was so much to do at the house, we could have stayed another week! We enjoyed playing basketball in the mornings, poolside throughout the day, and in the evenings we played Kinex, board games, pool table or watched movies. The only issue is that we all found the Wi-Fi to be very slow, if we wanted to look something up it took a long time or did not work?? Overall it was an excellent stay and hopefully we can make it back for next year:)"

  • Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

"This condo was beautiful - great part of town, we walked the mile into downtown a few times with our kids, ages 5 and 7 for meals out (and also to Safeway a few blocks own a couple times as well). The condo itself was very clean, comfy beds, and had everything you could need in the kitchen. We were aware of how young our kids were compared to a lot of the sunbirds, and the pools do have "no jumping" rules, but most people didn't mind the kids a bit - and some even played in the pool with us!"

  • Great place!

"My family and I stayed here while searching for a home to buy in Chandler.Everything was great, the house was spacious enough for us--2 adults, 2 kids and 2 pets. The house was clean and cool when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, which we appreciated. Internet is wireless and worked good. There is plenty of linens, towels, dishes, pots & pans, and the all the furnishings are comfortable. Our dog liked the doggy door and it locks so the cat couldn't get out. The garage is clean and big enough to fit our 2 cars. It was definitely nice to be in a home rather than a hotel! The owners are very nice- we would stay here again."

Rio Verde Travel Tips

Rio Verde Condos: Never Contend with Hotel Living Again

If you have never considered Phoenix vacation rentals as the source for your vacation accommodations, then you do not know what you are missing! Rio Verde condos are some of the best vacation homes in the area. With all of the little comforts of home that you miss during your vacation, Rio Verde vacation homes fulfill all of your needs. Each condo has plenty of space and privacy, things you lack when staying in a hotel. With a rented home to stay in, you can concentrate on having the time of your life in Rio Verde!

Nothing like Golfing in Arizona

During your visit to Arizona, you will definitely want to play some golf. Arizona has more than enough golf courses to satisfy your need for the greens! Rio Verde vacation homes are conveniently located near many golf courses, including the Tonte Verde Golf Club and the White Wing Back Golf Course. Of course, your family might have different ideas for the vacation. Take a few hours for yourself on the golf course of your choice or convince them to man the golf cart! Then make room for family time by spending a day in Phoenix.

An Architectural Wonder

Leave your Rio Verde condos rental and head for the lights of the city! Visit the Mystery Castle for a unique experience that the whole family will enjoy. The Mystery Castle was built in the 1930's. The builder was a man who was dying and he built the castle for his daughter. It is constructed out of a wide array of materials, including car parts, telephone poles and rail tracks from mines. It even features a dungeon! It is no surprise that the Mystery Castle was named one of the Phoenix Points of Pride.
