  • John & Robyn

"Robyn and I spent 3 months enjoying Sunspot. Upon our arrival we felt at home. Don and Joan have provided everything you need - great furnishings, all the kitchen gadgets (especially the popcorn popper!), Squeezebox Wi-Fi radio, Netflix, tennis rackets and balls, Saeco espresso and coffee maker, bicycles, maps and tour guides to plan your time in this desert paradise. Don has prepared an excellent information notebook that describes all the appliances and multimedia devices; the pre and post reservation communications were excellent. Trilogy at Vistancia is a premier 55+ resort-like community with top notch amenities. V's Taproom and Café Solaz are both very good and priced right, the golf course is 5 star rated and while residing at Sunspot you are given resident rates. In fact, we fell in love with Trilogy and ended up buying our own "Sunspot". If we hadn't purchased in Trilogy we would definitely return to Sunspot!"

  • Saskatchewan Golfers

"4 guys from Saskatchewan stayed one week in this home. The house was great, each of us had our own room, we're able to cook most of our own meals, the hot tub was quite nice after a day on the course and it was great to enjoy a morning coffee on the patio and watch the early bird golfers come through the 9 hole on Painted Mountain. The location provided easy access to the main highways to travel anywhere we wanted. Most enjoyable winter getaway."

  • Great Location, Great Stay

"We found the home was located in a very quiet neighborhood and close to the activities we enjoyed such as golf, baseball stadiums, and it was a short distance to Wickenburg to ride horse. The property was very clean and well taken care of. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the outdoor patio after a days activities. We would definitely recommend this property."

  • Gorgeous home, perfect weather, quiet neighborhood and access to amenities

"We had a great time at this Anthem home. We are a family of 5 (3 girls 14, 11, 6) from Fargo, ND. We wanted to visit the Phoenix area in July to experience the "hot" weather of summer. 100 in Phoenix is not your humid midwest sticky 100. The weather was amazing. Perfect for swimming. The kids swam at 6am or 10pm. The house is very nice. Perfectly maintained and decorated. The pool is just perfect. A quiet neighborhood and private back yard. Anthem is about 25-30 miles from downtown Phoenix. Restaurant choices and an Outlet mall. We took in an Arizona Diamondbacks game. Very easy to get to and enjoyable. With Anthem right on 17, it is easy to get to Sedona and Flagstaff. We visited the Grand Canyon, took a Pink Jeep tour and Zip lined over the Out of Africa wildlife park. July/August may be "too hot" for locals, but if you want to swim and relax and have a great vacation, this home is a great place to land. Highly recommended VRBO."

Rio Verde Travel Tips

Rio Verde Condos: Never Contend with Hotel Living Again

If you have never considered Phoenix vacation rentals as the source for your vacation accommodations, then you do not know what you are missing! Rio Verde condos are some of the best vacation homes in the area. With all of the little comforts of home that you miss during your vacation, Rio Verde vacation homes fulfill all of your needs. Each condo has plenty of space and privacy, things you lack when staying in a hotel. With a rented home to stay in, you can concentrate on having the time of your life in Rio Verde!

Nothing like Golfing in Arizona

During your visit to Arizona, you will definitely want to play some golf. Arizona has more than enough golf courses to satisfy your need for the greens! Rio Verde vacation homes are conveniently located near many golf courses, including the Tonte Verde Golf Club and the White Wing Back Golf Course. Of course, your family might have different ideas for the vacation. Take a few hours for yourself on the golf course of your choice or convince them to man the golf cart! Then make room for family time by spending a day in Phoenix.

An Architectural Wonder

Leave your Rio Verde condos rental and head for the lights of the city! Visit the Mystery Castle for a unique experience that the whole family will enjoy. The Mystery Castle was built in the 1930's. The builder was a man who was dying and he built the castle for his daughter. It is constructed out of a wide array of materials, including car parts, telephone poles and rail tracks from mines. It even features a dungeon! It is no surprise that the Mystery Castle was named one of the Phoenix Points of Pride.
