"My wife and I have rented for the last two winters from the owners of this great golf casita. We rented for one month last year and liked it so much, we rented for two months this year.
The casita has beautiful sunsets on a very quiet street right on the 9th tee of Monument Golf Course. There are four patios from which to choose. We like the area so much, we ended up buying a condo ourselves!
The casita is immaculate with wireless, color TV, large garage, laundry and all the amenities we sought. The casita is very close to all the major hiking trails of the McDowell Preserve and has easy access to the city of Phoenix with all its great restaurants and activities. We loved this casita since it offers access to everything but is located in a quiet desert setting. We have told many friends about how much we enjoyed our stays over the past two years."

"We rented this house for its location. We had a ladies golf tournament at Troon North and it was a 3 minute walk to the clubhouse. The views from the balconies were spectacular. The house is roomie and very comfortable. It was well supplied for all our needs. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub and returning home to a cozy fireplace. Shopping for food, dining at great restaurants and outlet mall shopping was all within 15-30 minutes drive."

"We stayed at this villa for 5 weeks with two kids under 3 and we felt at home the whole time. We enjoyed the layout of the house and the large windows over looking the beautiful views of the mountain and the desert.
This is a well equipped house and the host has done every thing possible so you can feel right at home. Ample sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen equipment, comfortable bed.
We enjoyed the close proximity to the Pinnacle peak trail. It is less than 5 min drive and a joy to climb without being overly difficult.
There is a park for the little ones a short walk or drive.
We truly did not have any complaints with the place, neighbours, or the host.
The Hosts are great to take care of any matters and very gracious.
We miss the place already and plan to return next year."

"We were fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay in this desert oasis this past winter. From the day we arrived until the day we left, I kept reiterating how happy I was! The home is so warm and inviting. Our favorite feature was the automatic sliding pocket doors in the great room which made for indoor/outdoor living at its finest. The sun came up every morning as we sipped our coffee in front of the gas fireplace outside. I made friends with all the flora and fauna - with a special place in my heart for the dozens of hummingbirds that darted about the manzanita brush all day long. I couldn't think of a better place to escape the long MN winters. The pool and spa were amazing. The kitchen very well provisioned. The bedrooms and bathrooms were awesome. Comfy beds and pillows. Still missing the master bedroom closet now that we're home because it was so spacious and it included a washer/dryer in it. The owners were delightful to work with and so promptly available if we ever had any questions. Close to great shopping, restaurants, hiking and yoga studios. We are already planning our next stay at this home. It is truly an amazing space."
