"We were very lucky to book this house on short notice after circumstances forced us to change our original plans. We couldn't have been happier with the house. Thank you so much!
First of all, like some others have mentioned, the photos really don't do the house justice. It is very well set up, spacious and uncluttered with extremely comfortable furnishings. We had trouble getting our kids out of the massage chair!
The neighbourhood is quiet and a little out of the way - you certainly need a car to get around - but it's quite pleasant to walk around, and the pools are great. The unheated pool is only for the very brave in March, but the heated pool was lovely. The bikes provided a great way to explore.
Being on the northwest edge of Phoenix, it's fairly easy to get around without becoming stuck in traffic. We visited several parks - White Tank Mountain, Cave Creek (the horse trekking was excellent fun), Lake Pleasant and McDowell Mountain all offer a range of hiking trails from pleasant strolls to strenuous expeditions. It was also nice to be able to head north to Sedona when we left without battling traffic.
In summary, this was an ideal place to stay - a little out of the mainstream, but a great base to explore, and great value!"

"We have stayed here for a number of years and always booked an extended stay. Sadly, life circumstances require us to release this unit. Our loss is your opportunity. This home is very well maintained and extra clean. It backs onto a walking path that we use daily and is in a quiet neighbourhood with friendly retired folks all around. The facilities of the community center are fantastic and as good as any resort.
Jim and Diane are great landlords and on the rare occasion that there has been a problem they have attended to it immediately.
The home is situated with a south facing backyard and a covered patio so you can select sun or shade as you prefer. There are beautiful sunsets over the White Tank Mountains right from your patio. If you want to spend time indoors, you have a large flat screen tv to keep you entertained.
Most of the floor surface is tile or hardwood and the entire place is small enough to make housekeeping easy but big enough to host dinner guests and occasional over-nighters."

"We can to the Phoenix area for spring training baseball. This location in Surprise was very convienent to the Royals camp in the same community.
What we found was the best attraction was in teh backyard of this home. The kids simply loved the beautiful pool. The size was perfect, the waterfall made for a nice effect and the chairs, tables and canopy's allowed for sunny and shaded seating to key an eye on them.
We started the cooler mornings in the hot tub before heading to the pool and ended our evenings back in the large and well-maintained hot tub. The grill was excellent - large and made grilling easy and the fire put was a nice touch for some roasted marshmallows. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the bathrooms were well kept.
The entire house was clean and the well-stocked. We really enjoyed our time at the house, the only downside was how fast our time in this paradise was over!"
