  • well appointed apartment

"My husband and two kids stayed here for a little less than a week. The location was perfect for the training I was attending in the downtown section as well day trips that we took around the area. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and appliances (no dishwasher : ( ) We had the pool most often to ourselves as the college students who seemed to make up most of the tenants in the complex must have been studying all the time. I only wish there were better lounge chairs for the pool, but I also soon learned that one does not sit in the sun too long in the summer time in Tempe! There was a wonderful market and deli in walking distance and a Trader Joe's market about 5 miles away. I would recommend this place to other travelers."

  • Grad Family Bash

"We had our family gathering from all across the U.S. to celebrate our son's graduation from ASU. The house slept nine comfortably, beds were great, bedrooms private. We entertained many family and friends over five days and had a blast. Mostly cooked in, kitchen had all needed amenities and comfortable to work in. Owner was amazingly accommodating which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great place, great location, great stay!"

  • Wonderful Stay

"Our recent 2-month stay in Tempe was wonderful. Our accommodations were very comfortable and well-equipped. The house is within walking distance of shopping, parks and Spring training baseball games. The owner is local, which is a wonderful bonus. Our hostess was very thoughtful, generous and lovely to deal with."

  • Great Stay

"We enjoyed our stay at the Lazy River it's super clean and Dan added some nice touches like bottled water and lots of towels. We stayed here as we were dropping off our daughter at ASU 10 minutes to campus and we had lots of room to stretch out."
