  • Everything we had hoped for!

"What a great place! The remote location and peaceful surroundings were exactly what we were looking for. As mentioned in other reviews access to the hiking trails of the Tonto National Forest and Spur Cross Ranch are literally out the back door. We did go down to cave Creek for the Friday night rodeo and had a good time. Melissa was great. I have rented from several different VRBO in the past and she is one of the best! Will definitely return in the future!"

  • Great Place to stay - Just bring your clothes and toothbrush

"I spent six months at this wonderfully furnished home. It has everying you need and is close to golf, shopping and nice places to eat. Your complex friends are very friendly and the grounds are well kept. It is a short drive to the airport and the surrounding areas of Chandler, Tempe and to the communities up north. The pool and workout area is also beautiful so you can work out there or take a peaceful walk in the surrounding neighborhood. I strongly recommend this home to anyone who wants a home away from home for your short or long term visit to the sunshine state."

  • Retirement retreat

"We stayed for six weeks to celebrate our joint retirements. The home was spacious and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the area because attractions are a short drive away but the neighborhood itself is quiet and peaceful! I cannot stress how helpful Mike and Laurel were through the planning stages and our stay. If you like a location with mountains nearby for hiking, friendly people and wonderful weather in March!, this is the ones for you. We used the community pool because we enjoyed the company of the other residents and the views there were stupendous!"

  • Location, location, location

"We stayed in this condo for a month in winter of 2014 and enjoyed it immensely. The development is older, but this unit is decently renovated and quite functional. Overlooking the pool, it's a third floor unit, which might put some people off when lugging groceries and such, but it really wasn't a factor to us. The real stand out feature is the location, just two blocks from the Civic Centre, in Old town Scottsdale. Hard to beat! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this unit, except to save it for myself."

Plan a Family-friendly Phoenix Vacation

There are so many things to do in Phoenix that the entire family will love. The Phoenix Zoo, Children’s Museum and even the Puppet Theater are wonderful ways to spend your time. Condo rentals in Phoenix place you in the middle of all the action, with easy access to all of these attractions. Choose Phoenix vacation rentals located near every sight you’d like to see during your stay, and the need for transportation will virtually disappear.

Condo Rentals in Phoenix Offer Access to Plenty of Learning Opportunities

Any Phoenix vacation should include a visit to the Arizona Science Center, where everyone enjoys the educational theater and planetarium. Condo rentals in Phoenix allow you to save money and cook your own meals at home, so consider an afternoon visit to one of the six local farmers' markets for the ultimate in fresh food selection. For dessert, spend some time at the Cerreta Candy Company. Here, they’ll allow you to tour the facilities and show you how the candy is made before you choose your favorites to take back to your Phoenix vacation rentals.

Access Local Parks and Recreation from Phoenix Vacation Rentals

When you need a break from the crowds, a day of fishing or relaxing at the park may be just the thing your Phoenix vacation needs. More than a dozen lakes allow you to spend the day on the water alone or with your loved ones. The Tempe Town Lake, Kiwanis Lake, Red Mountain Lake and Chapparal Lake are all within reach of condo rentals in Phoenix. You can catch up to four fish for each license you hold, and take your catch of the day back to your Phoenix vacation rentals for a dinner not found at any local restaurant.
