  • Very nice place to stay. More then we expected!

"Compared to earlier visits to Fountain Hills this place has the others beat hands down! It made our stay very comfortable. Furnishings were practically new, everything worked like it was suppose to. Owner was very helpful and willing to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location was central with not far to walk to the fountain. I would recommend this location to anyone interested in a nice well kept place to stay for any period of time. We hope to return."

  • Sunny relaxation!

"My family has stayed at this house now 2 years in a row for over a week's stay. First, we love the hospitality that the owner provides, he's warm friendly and the house has everything you need including amazing views of the mountains from a perfect patio with nicely manicured plants. The back patio seems to have just the right amount of sun and shade to catch the winter sunrise and sunsets. The house though likely built in late 80's or early 90's has a lovely very newly updated kitchen complete with wine fridge and all the essentials--great for chef who likes to cook, bbq and enjoy the comforts of home away from home. If dining out is more your style, you're 5 minutes from trendy shopping and restaurants in Kierland and Greyhawk's entertainment centers--and don't forget some of N Scottsdale's finest golf courses, hiking trails and Westworld. Its extremely private and though does not have a real pool, does have an oversized, hot tub which is well maintained. The house has a ton of eclectic, local art throughout. For families with small children, keep the owners art in mind! Second the house has a natural yard which is not fenced (the patio area is)--while beautiful and my family enjoyed this, note that for your preference. It bares no danger to the home area. Highly recommended."

  • Cheeseheads enjoying the sun!

"We came to Surprise with our family, which consisted of 6 adults. The house was amazing! It was beautifully furnished and landscaped. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses....even for my very tall boys who are 6'4" and 6'8" tall. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with cookware and utensils for all of our cooking and eating needs. The boys had a blast using the Margarita Maker! We enjoyed sitting by the pool and stargazing at night. We have already recommended this home to family and friends. Stay here....you will not be disappointed!"

  • Open-air concept gem

"This was a fantastic place to stay- I loved the floor plan, the high ceilings, the french doors to the master bedroom, the community- and Paul was a very communicative host. I would definitely recommend this to others. We particularly enjoyed the bird watching at the Gilbert Riparian Preserve. The kitchen was well outfitted with a full set of china, and was a joy to cook our Thanksgiving feast in. Thank you, Paul!"
