"My wife and I moved to Green Valley this year, and we needed a place to stay for a few months while we were house-hunting (in the summer, of course!) - not the usual GV renter. This beautiful townhouse really fit the bill for us, and we would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of doing the same thing or staying for a month or so during the cooler months. It is a very peaceful area with a great view out the front and on the covered patio in the back. The owners (Shannon and Lorrin) take great care of the place, and stock the unit fully - more than any timeshare we have ever stayed at. We totally agree with the other reviews, so we won't repeat the same sentiments here. We will repeat that the furnishings (bed, sofa, etc) were very comfortable. We communicated with them regularly, and they are a pleasure to deal with. This was our first VRBO experience, and although we were apprehensive at first, we ended up very happy in the end. Try to find all of this for the monthly price they charge!"

"We have rented this beautiful home for four winters, staying a little longer each year! The owners keep the house in immaculate condition, adding improvements each year. The layout of the house is very nice with a bed and bath on each end of the house. The kitchen is well equipped, the master bedroom has king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. Nice decor, and this year the owners have remodeled the master bath. The backyard is cozy and private with nice outdoor furnishings, including a grill, for mornings with coffee or dinner on the patio. My husband loves all the local golf courses, including Omni, of course, and also the nearby Y as well as miles of walking trails. I enjoyed the local shopping and good restaurants, and, of course, the sunny, warm days, escaping the Illinois winter."

"We very much enjoyed our stay in this great house in Green Valley. The property is as described, very clean and well equipped. It is located on the 6th hole of the San Ignacio golf course. We were a bit concerned about flying golf balls but the house is far enough down the fairway that the tee shots are rolling by the time they get close. The bed is very comfortable. All the appliance worked well. Jerry and Ann were a pleasure to deal with - quick response during booking process and very helpful once we arrived. The view of the Santa Rita Mountains is spectacular. We spent many pleasureable hours sitting on the patio listening to the fountain and watching the bird life, changing light on mountains, a myriad of diverse golf swings, bunnies, and occasionally a couple of javalina (peccary). Having gone to Palm Desert and Phoenix the past 2 years, we found Green Valley much quieter with much better hiking and biking close by. We joined the Green Valley Community Club for the month ($35 each) and used one of the many very well equiped gyms every couple of days. We played lots of golf and tried most of the courses in Green Valley and a couple in Tucson. The heat and elevation do wonders for making the ball go further. The fairways on a couple of the Green Valley courses were a bit rough. We also enjoyed excursions to The Desert Museum, the Titan Miscle Museum, the Air and Space Museum, Tombstone and a hike to the top of Mt. Wrightson."

"Very enjoyable experience. The outdoor space was absolutely wonderful. Very nice people in the neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and exceptionally good at responding via email to any of my concerns. Although I really have no major complaints, I do have to say that some upgrading would be nice. The carpet is worn and the guest bedroom smelled from smoke even though no smoking is allowed. After having the fan on for a couple days and the patio door open the smell diminished. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I do plan to return. There is so much space that even though there were 3 adults renting we found no complaints of feeling cramped."
