"During our travels, my wife and I have stay in dozens of rental properties; all were adequately equipped and comfortable. But this Green Valley property (VRBO 172046) is truly a warm and comfortable home. We stayed here January and February 2015 as a snowbird winter escape. What set our experience here apart from the others are the many extras just not found in most rental properties. A few unique examples are: the quality furnishings from leather couches, high-end comfortable beds, multiple pieces of exercise equipment, extra refrigerator, computer desk with FAX and printer. In addition they provide multiple TVs with a large screen smart TV in the living room that connects you to your video streaming services. That TV also has a DVR to record your favorite shows. The kitchen will not disappoint, most vacation rentals have kitchens equipped with the simple low end basics, not here; they had a Kurig coffee maker, a George Forman grill and a great outdoor electric grill to name just a few. On top of all these amenities the home is tastefully decorated inside and beautifully landscaped outside. This is the place to stay if you want all the comforts of home in Green Valley."

"We have really enjoyed our time here. The house is bright, airy and peaceful, with plenty of room. The owner is very helpful and concerned that you're having a good time in her home. The view is spectacular and at night you feel you can reach out and touch the stars! Can't wait to come back next year."

"My wife and I, along with our two dogs, spent the winter (January-March, 2015) at this fine home. The photos matched up with the reality of the home. The home was clean when we arrived with clear instructions from Lori and Jose who were delightful to be around and to work with. They had great advice for us and responded immediately to any issues we had. It meant much to us that they are dog lovers.
The home is in a gated community with attractive homes. The pool is less than two blocks away and was well maintained. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet.
We loved to sit on the patio and watch the sun rise over the Santa Ritas and to sit on the patio as the sun warmed the morning air. I loved to watch the birds show up each morning to eat.
We are walkers and our standard trek became walking through the neighborhood, around the golf course and onto the Juan Batista de Anza National Historical Trail and out out into the desert. We loved to hike at Madera Canyon about 16 miles away and at Saguaro National Park and Catalina State Park and Sabino Canyon.
I visited the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum several times and especially loved the hummingbirds. We didn't run out of activities and have a long list of things to do next winter, when we return.
Of course the weather was the real reason we were in Green Valley and it didn't disappoint. Being from Minnesota, it didn't take a lot to make us happy and the reality of the sunshine was beyond our expectations.
We'll be back next winter."

"We stayed at this townhouse in early/mid December. It was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our week here. The back patio was great in the afternoon, when it was warmed by the sun. The front patio was sheltered and sunny in the morning, nice for relaxing with a cup of coffee. There is a gas fireplace in the living room, which added ambiance and warmth in the evenings. Beds very comfortable, even for my Mother with her bad back! It felt like home very quickly. Marlene was easy to work with, had some great suggestions, and was very responsive when we had trouble with the internet. It is located in a great area, with easy access to town and the highway. Neighbors pleasant and also helpful. It was fun to see the southwest decorated for Christmas- ie santa hats on the cactus. Weather very pleasant in early December- warm days, chilly nights. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return someday!."
