"The photos of this house just don’t do it justice: it is a lovely, high-end home. The first impression we had when we walked through the door for our 2-week stay was, “Wow!” The house has large, sun-filled rooms that are comfortably and fashionably furnished. The house is in one of the nicest developments in all of Green Valley. The master bedroom is huge. The linens are quality. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. In addition to the breakfast nook (which is large and seats 4+), there is a large formal dining room table in the dining/living area and outdoor seating on the back patio, as well. The views are fabulous. We also appreciated that the front and back yard are fenced and gated, so we could let our dogs wander about in the yard while we were here. We own a vacation rental in Bisbee and rented this house in GV to visit with friends who also vacation here. We travel often with our 2 large dogs and have rented a number of VRBO-listed homes in the U. S. and in Europe. This house was perfect for us and was one of our very favorites. Travelers: Be sure to check out all there is to do in Green Valley! We made reservations months in advance to see several performances at the local performing arts center. This is a wonderful town for active seniors. Thanks very much for renting to us."Guest: Becky M. Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: February 10, 2014View listing
"Missed a 2010 visit but did make it back in 2011. The owners have made some good changes in that time. It was nice to have coffee out front in the morning. The owners installed a small patio rather than have the table and chairs on the rocks so the danger of falling is gone. The walkway lights ended short of the front door but a motion sensor light was installed so you never have to worry about getting to the door in the dark. The new garden out back will add color and additional privacy from the neighbor. The inside is still immaculately clean and I love coming here."Guest: Nedley Date of Stay: November 2011 Review Submitted: February 6, 2012View listing
"This Villa is centrally located with convenient access to shopping and activities. The listing photos are accurate. It was clean and comfortable, with a few minor items of deferred maintenance. The owner is friendly and responsive when we called. We recommend this property to anyone seeking a reasonable place for an extended stay. Our favorite activities nearby included hiking Madera Canyon, shopping in Tubac, dining at Wisdom's, visits to area historic sites and various activities at the Green Valley Association recreation centers."Guest: Northern Visitor Date of Stay: March 2012 Review Submitted: April 12, 2012View listing
