"We agree completely with previous reviews. In short, Paul is the best and so is his rental home! Comfortable, clean, roomy, well appointed, great location, wonderful location to begin short or long bicycle rides as we do nearly every day. The Sonata neighborhood is a perfect location to begin driving tours of nearby attractions as well. Amenities are also perfect for us and the price is fair and reasonable. My wife and I, along with our small dog, have been here three times now and will definitely return."

"My wife and I, along with our two dogs, spent the winter (January-March, 2015) at this fine home. The photos matched up with the reality of the home. The home was clean when we arrived with clear instructions from Lori and Jose who were delightful to be around and to work with. They had great advice for us and responded immediately to any issues we had. It meant much to us that they are dog lovers.
The home is in a gated community with attractive homes. The pool is less than two blocks away and was well maintained. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet.
We loved to sit on the patio and watch the sun rise over the Santa Ritas and to sit on the patio as the sun warmed the morning air. I loved to watch the birds show up each morning to eat.
We are walkers and our standard trek became walking through the neighborhood, around the golf course and onto the Juan Batista de Anza National Historical Trail and out out into the desert. We loved to hike at Madera Canyon about 16 miles away and at Saguaro National Park and Catalina State Park and Sabino Canyon.
I visited the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum several times and especially loved the hummingbirds. We didn't run out of activities and have a long list of things to do next winter, when we return.
Of course the weather was the real reason we were in Green Valley and it didn't disappoint. Being from Minnesota, it didn't take a lot to make us happy and the reality of the sunshine was beyond our expectations.
We'll be back next winter."
