"" WOW " this home was absolutely perfect. The pictures and the video do not do it justice. The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood in Green Valley. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the front door. We were never looking for anything we needed for the month we were here, they have it all. The Arizona room was a big bonus along with the outside patio with B.B.Q. The beds were super comfy. John and Betty, who are the contacts for the home, were very accommodating with anything we needed during our stay. We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to have found such a warm and homey place to stay on our first but not our last trip to Green Valley, Arizona. Thanks to Jose and Gladys for the use of your home."

  • Excellent Rental

"My husband and I have rented from vrbo in the past and we've also rented from rental agencys all over the country and I must say that this has been by far the best we have ever rented. The owners have supplied this house like a home. The only thing they ask of the renters is that you replenish what you use. That was an easy task. We didn't use the pool but the hot tub was wonderful and heated up very quickly so we could wait till evening and turn the heat on. About a half an hour later, it was hot. I read where previous renters had issued with the keys in the doors. My husband fixed that very quickly as we had the same issues. He took the door knobs apart and lubed them. Easy fix and keys now work very well. He also tried to fix the extra garage remote which was not working but had no luck with that. Anyone who rents this place does need to read the book the owners have created on using the equipment in the house. It does make a big difference when you want something to work. Another really good thing is if you have any problems or questions, all you have to do is e-mail the owner and she responds very quickly. If we are ever in the area again, we definitely would stay at this house again."

  • Family celebration

"We rented this condo as an alternative to staying in a hotel for 10 days when we celebrated my father-in-law's 90th birthday. It was very convenient as he lives only a few blocks away in the same community. Everything was as advertised. The access was easy and convenient. There were plenty of towels for five of us, especially the extra pool towels that we used daily. The kitchen was well equipped and convenient. The master bed mattress and pillows could be upgraded for greater comfort. The owner said they were going to be making some improvements. We communicated primarily by email prior to our stay but Tom was was very easy to contact and the entire process was easy. We were already familiar with the area and community and it is very conveniently located. Since we were off season the rate was very reasonable."

  • Ranch House for all occasions

"Recently rented this 3bd/2ba ranch house for a hunting excursion in the area and found it to be a perfect home base for the weekend. Clean, comfortable, well appointed and ideally located away from city noise and lights. Includes walled front porch with fire pit and propane grill. Best if you enjoy and plan to do your own cooking, although a few good restaurants are accessible (20 minutes). Perfect overnight for sightseeing, bird watching horseback riding, hunting or winery tours. Owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating."
