"This townhome was very welcoming, spotless and comfortable. It has fabulous views of the Santa Rita Mountains and a large patio facing the San Ignacio golf course. Our hosts were very gracious and accomodating. The home was very well equipped. It provided excellent access to the golf course and restaurants. This was our sixth year in Green Valley and we will stay here if it is available on our next trip."

  • Quiet, convenient and comfortable home

"Spent a wonderful time at this home with my sister. Very comfortable, partially remodeled older home in the very convenient Villages of Green Valley, which is much closer to Tucson attractions than other southern Green Valley neighborhoods, yet just a mile or so from modern grocery store. Covered patio provided plenty of shade in the morning for outdoor enjoyment. Very friendly neighborhood and enjoyed pool/hot tub. Everything as owners have described - couldn't have asked for anything more."

  • Fabulous rental in one of the best developments in Green Valley

"The photos of this house just don’t do it justice: it is a lovely, high-end home. The first impression we had when we walked through the door for our 2-week stay was, “Wow!” The house has large, sun-filled rooms that are comfortably and fashionably furnished. The house is in one of the nicest developments in all of Green Valley. The master bedroom is huge. The linens are quality. The kitchen is large and well-stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. In addition to the breakfast nook (which is large and seats 4+), there is a large formal dining room table in the dining/living area and outdoor seating on the back patio, as well. The views are fabulous. We also appreciated that the front and back yard are fenced and gated, so we could let our dogs wander about in the yard while we were here. We own a vacation rental in Bisbee and rented this house in GV to visit with friends who also vacation here. We travel often with our 2 large dogs and have rented a number of VRBO-listed homes in the U. S. and in Europe. This house was perfect for us and was one of our very favorites. Travelers: Be sure to check out all there is to do in Green Valley! We made reservations months in advance to see several performances at the local performing arts center. This is a wonderful town for active seniors. Thanks very much for renting to us."

  • None better in Green Valley at this price

"Bring your essentials, e.g., tooth brush, clothes, and incidentals and rent this property before others secure it. The owner, Paul, exceeds all expectations as an owner and will do anything to make your stay pleasant and delightful. He gets the local paper delivered free to you; he provides paid up membership to the Green Valley Recreation facilities to you, again, free. The only item missing in the kitchen was a pizza cutter, and by now I am certain he has provided that item! We rented in GV for the past 4 years January-March and this is the best of them all, far above all of them combined. We finally bought a home in GV and notwithstanding, we will surely be calling Paul on occasion to just stay friends. He is that kind of a delightful person. He and his property are the best!!"
