  • Tucson sanctuary!

"Can't say enough good about this cute townhome. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and well appointed. It's very spacious and the sunshine filled rooms are very relaxing. The patio is private and has a great view of the Catalinas. The Oro Valley location is convenient to restaurants, grocery shopping, and bike trails. The owners and property manager were very easy to work with and very responsive to our inquiries. Our security deposit was returned in a timely manner. We definitely would stay here again!"

  • Best House in the Tucson Area!

"My husband & I stayed 3 nights in Fred & Bonnie's beautiful house. The location - North of the busy city and nestled on the edge of the gorgeous Catalina Mountains. The neighborhood is quiet. Birds everywhere. A spin in the golf cart is so worth it! So many amenities in the development. The house itself is clean, beds are very comfortable, the couches are extremely comfortable for naps! The house is the perfect size with a nice kitchen, table for at least 6-8, nice living room with recliners and a big L-shaped couch, 2 great sized bedrooms, and 2 nice bathrooms. We were given two keys and two garage door openers, which was great! Plenty of dishes, great washer & dryer, and just about everything you could need for a pleasant stay. The patio was great for bird watching, reading, lunch, and soaking in the sun. What to do in Tucson? We were lucky to be there in mid-Nov - the temps were in the 80's. You can spend a whole day at the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum (we think it would be very hot in the dead of summer). But such a unique place, with a cave, aquarium, live bird shows, cactus everywhere, animals, great walking paths... You can take the road North through the Saguaro National Park for a scenic ride back to the house. Our next day was spent hiking in Sabino Canyon. Another gorgeous day! Whether you hike or take the tram - it's worth it. Our last day we went into town and attended mass at the impressive St Augustine. Easy walk to the visitor's center and old town Tucson. We also had an amazing meal at Rosa's Mexican Food on East Fort Lowell Road in Tucson. It was very hard to come home to Denver and a real cold spell on Monday. Thank you again Fred & Bonnie!"

  • Great Value

"My wife and I just stayed for a week at VRBO 159752. The house was better than described. It is clean, well furnished and equipped. It is centrally located in Oro Valley and has easy access to almost anywhere you would want to go. I've stayed at almost a dozen VRBO's and this one was one of the best values I have found."
