  • Moving to Arizona

"My husband and I moved to Oro Valley and needed a place to stay for two months while we searched for a home to buy. We were very pleased with this house that we rented. The owners were quick to respond with information when we first inquired about renting and provided all the rental forms in a timely fashion. The house itself was very comfortable and in a great location...just minutes from shopping, movie theaters, grocery stores. There was even a small park just a block away within the subdivision with a basketball court (which my husband enjoyed using). There are bicycle paths everywhere which we enjoyed using. The back yard was fenced in which we needed for our two outside dogs. From the breakfast nook was a beautiful view of the Catalina Mountains which you can also enjoy while sitting in the back yard. The owners were very responsive to any questions or assistance that we needed while staying there and the house was very clean and well taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or recommend to my friends."

  • BEST VILLA IN THE VILLAGE

"Spent one month in a clean, spacious and well furnished villa in a secure, small gated community. Big back patio with beautiful views of the Catalina Mountains. Sunny all day or you can choose to sit in the covered area. Comfortable Simmons back care king mattress. Garage connected directly to kitchen making it easy to unload. Well equipped kitchen with pots, pans, slow cooker....and spices. First time we use electric BBQ and it works well. Nice pool and spa area within walking distance at the community centre. Lots of shopping in the area. Good communication with Sandy the owner."

  • 2nd visit from Pennsylvania

"Our 2nd visit to this house just about 1 year apart. Everything in perfect working condition, extremely clean and in ready to move in condition. Very well stocked you almost can show up unprepared for an extended stay. Since people come and go here and many leave consumables behind not worth taking back home the pantry was stocked nicely again this year with little things you don't have to run out to buy. No need to call the front desk for an extra pillow. I think there must be a dozen or so pillows here and there in various closets. We have never used the formal dining room or even really stepped into that room but we laughed that after 2 visits my daughter discovered a small DVD library with some movies in there we never knew was there. Watching TV is not high on our to-do list just funny how you find new things after having stayed there already and even manage to find 2 items we left behind last year. Also the walk in closet has a shelf lined with books if you care to hunt for something to read. The pool was clean and in July of course it was also nice and warm. The photos displayed on the web-site accurately depict the property. If business takes me to this area I would prefer to stay here over any of the high-end Tucson resorts and I have been at Loews Vantana Canyon, La Paloma, El Conquistador to name the ones I can recall."

  • Laid-back Tucson stay

"This lovely property is a great location for couples or families that want a comfortable, casual setting for a vacation exploring the Tucson area. Also great as a location to put your feet up to read, write, reflect, and doze. While just off a heavily traveled thoroughfare, once inside the house or in the back garden, traffic wasn't noticeable. The property was clean and in good order, well-supplied, and the beds were very comfortable. The caretaker was available if needed, but otherwise invisible. Supermarket and several good restaurants were available just down the road. All in all, wonderful place to stay. I would caution pet owners and families with young children to be aware that wildlife was in evidence, including bobcats and rattlesnakes in the back yard."
