"My boyfriend and I rented the house for a four day weekend with another couple. What a wonderful trip! When we arrived at the property, Bridget greeted us on horseback and immediately made us feel at home. The rustic accommodations were perfect for tuning out and taking a break from hectic life. Beautiful landscape, tons of wildlife, millions of stars at night. Our tours of the wineries were too much fun! A must stay if you are needing a true escape. We are already scheduling our next trip!"Guest: Beth Date of Stay: April 2014 Review Submitted: May 1, 2014View listing
"My family absolutely loved staying here. We were in Tucson for the State Swim Meet and while the rest of our team stayed at the Hilton, we decided to stay as a family here. The condo is absolutely beautiful and waking up every morning to the view of the mountain just started the day off right."Guest: Jeff Carlson Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 12, 2014View listing
"The house was wonderfully furnished and spotlessly clean. What you see in the pictures and read in the description are exactly what you get. This place exceeded all our expectations. The king sized bed in the master was more comfortable than our bed at home. This was the best VRBO facility that we have stayed in to date. Our purpose in visiting Tucson was to hike and take pictures in Saguaro National Park and the surrounding area. We wanted a place to stay that was close to the city but not in the middle of it. This place was in the perfect location for us. Located in the foothills near the Catalina highway, it had plenty of outdoor space but was close to stores and restaurants. A 15 minute drive brought you to the visitors' center at the eastern section of Saguaro National Park. When we arrived, we were greeted by a family of 8 or 10 Harris Hawks perched in a tree in front of the house. Wildlife was plentiful including deer, rabbits, roadrunners, quail and a multitude of other species of birds feeding at the numerous bird feeders in the back yard. This area also has some of the best hiking and biking opportunities we have experienced anywhere. For sightseeing, a trip to Summerhaven at the top of Mt. Lemmon (elevation of 8,000+ feet) is a must. Or, if you are up to it, you can bike the 27 miles to the top. For hiking, be sure to check out the topographical map of the Coronado National Forest in the basket on the bookshelf. You can't go wrong with this place."Guest: Brian P. Date of Stay: December 2013 Review Submitted: December 16, 2013View listing
