"This place is amazing! So peaceful and quiet -- gorgeous desert views in every direction. The house is super comfortable, clean, and completely equipped. We enjoyed sunrise breakfasts on the porch. Perfect spot for birders visiting Patagonia-Sonoita Creek and other local attractions. Brian was very responsive and hospitable; he met us at the house and gave us a tour, and encouraged us to call if we needed anything at all (we didn't; he had thought of everything). Would definitely return and recommend to others."

"What an amazing stay! I brought Chinese colleagues here to experience my 'old home'. I came from Tucson 35 years ago. The beautiful desert has not changed, so timeless. The Sunset house, unobtrusively nestled into that desert. The feel of the home leaves you at one with the desert. The floor plan allowed each person to have their own room and private bath. Loved the courtyard in the middle. My room had a private outside entrance so I could go out unnoticed to enjoy the hot tub..yes, in the early mornings, sun rise, quail calling, beautiful sky! The kitchen, fully outfitted. I would return to find my colleagues had prepared traditional Chinese breakfast. They too felt the peacefulness of home, the connection to simpler times and the happy family eating around the big dining table. We had full moon, night walks, constant picture taking. Constant amazement over how beautiful, how pristine, magically quiet. So thorough was this stay for filling my need for home, and my guests' need for quiet beauty, that we all, for all our own reasons, were reluctant to leave. Many thank you's, Karen, for sharing your home with us. Yes, I will return."

"I grew up in Tucson and developed a passion for the mountains and the desert. My husband and return often to visit relatives, but I have never felt as connected to the desert as I as did in this location.
Our two daughters and their families joined us for a total of 11, including 5 children. Our grandchildren loved the pool, watching ground squirrels, lizards, doves and quail; they were never bored.
The layout of the house was perfect for our group. It was spacious and airy, clean and well maintained.
And my husband and I greatly appreciated the privacy of the "casita" where we stayed.
We visited many of the attractions, but it was this house that made this vacation so memorable. We all wanted to stay longer.

"What a wonderful and relaxing 27th Wedding Anniversary that we celebrated here. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed for our get-a-way in the Tucson Mountains! Even watching a raging storm our first night at the condo was a unexpected treat! The owners went out of their way to make sure our anniversary was memorable. The location is excellent as it's so close to downtown Tucson yet feels as if it miles out of town. We recommend this condo highly and will tell all of friends and family about our lovely stay!"
