  • A Great Way To Survive Wisconsin Winters!

"We are nearing the end of our first stay at Steve and Linda's home and have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our visit. The home is in an excellent community and situated on one of the nicer lots within the community. It is well maintained and anything a renter would want is available. Steve has been extremely accommodating to our unique requests and sincerely interested in seeing to it that we enjoy our stay. In the few instances when problems occurred, he immediately addressed them and they were quickly resolved. He has spent a considerable amount of time and effort preparing a rental manual that covers every aspect of the rental experience and made the transition from our home to their home a seamless experience. We have enjoyed the Meredith house so much that we will be returning next year."

  • Very comfortable townhouse

"I stayed at this townhouse for the month of December and found it to be very comfortable and very clean. Things were in good repair and the place was tastefully decorated in a southwestern style. I enjoyed the gas fireplace on cool evenings. The kitchen was well supplied and we were able to make our meals if we wanted. The location within Green Valley was excellent. A very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this unit."

  • Tucson sanctuary!

"Can't say enough good about this cute townhome. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived and well appointed. It's very spacious and the sunshine filled rooms are very relaxing. The patio is private and has a great view of the Catalinas. The Oro Valley location is convenient to restaurants, grocery shopping, and bike trails. The owners and property manager were very easy to work with and very responsive to our inquiries. Our security deposit was returned in a timely manner. We definitely would stay here again!"

  • PERFECT!

"Spent a wonderful 12 days enjoying the Sonoran desert near Saguaro National Park West. The adobe casita was an architectural delight and the location among the boulders with natural flora and fauna was PERFECT. We learned a lot from the host's desert tour and it set the mood for experiencing our desert adventures with all our senses. Enjoyed stargazing on Mt. Lemmon, attending a Mariachi event at the nearby AVA amphitheater at Casino del Sol, hiking among the blooming saguaros, bird watching in the mesquite forest at Catalina State Park, eating breakfast burritos at Tania's Flour Tortillas, and admiring unique furniture and pottery in Tubac."
