"We spent 3 nights with 3 couples, a single guy, and 1 dog. There was plenty of room for all. Very neat and clean. The kitchen is roomy and complete. Beds are great. 2 very nice bathrooms. Outdoor space is excellent. The walk to town is just enough to feel like you deserved that great meal! Javalinas like the acorns; came in about 2 a.m. Don't let it worry you, just keep your dog in at night. Bonnie is a great host."

"We enjoyed our two weeks in this comfortable home. The large fitness centre and pool was a 1 minute walk out the back gate. We also played Haven Golf course several times which was 200 Yards in the other direction. The house was only a 20 minute drive to Madera Canyon for bird watching and hiking. The location suited us perfectly! Gaila was available when we had inquiries in the beginning. We appreciated her hospitality."

Great place - wonderful setting - access to many activities
"My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. Our trip was over March 28-April 5 2015 and while intended to be mostly vacation it was also part business as we took care of some family business for my mother-in-law. The location was about 10-15 minutes from mother-in-law so that made that aspect of the trip that much easier.
We scheduled this at the last minute and fortunately the owners were able to work with us to allow for a 1 week rental. They stayed in contact with us during our travel to Tucson and upon arrival so we were able to meet in a timely manner. They were flexible and communicated well.
The property itself is nicely done. The kitchen was updated and had all the needed items for cooking, etc., even though we ate out a fair amount. The rooms were spacious and the beds very good. The condo property has a heated pool and we were able to get in several times - the kids had a blast as we did some of our regular pool games. We also made it over to Sabino Canyon (very short drive - but you can walk or bike there we just were short on time) for a couple of hikes. My wife enjoyed mornings out the patio area. There's lots of restaurants and things to do in the vicinity.
The family walked a short distance up to the Ventana Canyon Golf and Racquet Club - there is a fitness trail with exercise stations that runs along the golf course property. We did the fitness trail all the way up to the start - it was a real blast!
We ran into one unexpected interruption - the first night the owner turned on the AC to run. It ran continuously all night but never seemed to drop to the set temperature. It was not super hot yet so it did not overly concern me and our family was not bothered by the temp, but I decided to keep an eye on it. That same morning/day it continued to run without ever lowering to the preset temperature. I decided to call and let the owner know that there might some kind of issue. He had someone come over immediately to determine what might be happening - the AC was not functioning as it should be and needed to be addressed/replaced. He brought in a portable swamp cooler to help keep things cool and we ran the ceiling fans and opened the windows at night. While the AC was not fixed during our stay the owner was very conscious of it, showed empathy, and communicated with us frequently throughout the stay. He also made a nice gesture to accommodate this unanticipated occurrence. Great stay at a great place with great owner."

"We stayed at Borg lane for one month. Funky, unique architecture and classy appointments. Stunning Catalina views and sunsets! The location is very good, close to U of A, downtown, but also east side nature beauty. Very quiet street. The proximity to the Tennis and Raquetball club (with two nice pools) is great and do buy the $30 week or $52 month pass, much cheaper than day passes. Also direct connection to the bike trail, perfect for bicycle lovers! The spa and pool are not user friendly and one is well advised to get some personal training from Tom the pool man. Even then, we gave up on using the pool because you can't really get it to a good temperature when it needs to be heated. But that was a small problem given that everything else was first class!! Strongly recommended!"
