  • Perfect, cozy, relaxing weekend.

"We adored this charming little place. It was so much fun sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful weather. We parked and walked the rest of the weekend; It's an easy walk to town and to great restaurants. The owner and property manager were both delightful to work with. We are planning on returning!"

  • Great Home for the Holidays

"My husband and myself with our two little dogs stayed at this Great Home for Thanksgiving. We only stayed a few days but had a great time and enjoyed Bill's Home. The dogs LOVED the back Patio. Bill has this home supplied with everything you could ever need. The place is very quiet & peaceful with nice Views from the back. All the people we met were just so nice. We love Tubac and hope to stay again sometime in the future at Bill's Home. Thank You Bill for letting us stay with our DOGS it's so hard to find a nice place that will take them."

  • Bolder Canyon Condo

"Happy, happy, happy . This vacation was wonderfull, the condo was exactly as advertised. Arizona is eye candy. Our only regret was that we only rented for one month. Thanks again for all the extras included."

  • Wow, What A View

"This lovely cabin has wonderful views of the mountains and is surrounded by beautiful pine trees. Plus, the temperature is about 20-30 degrees cooler than in Tucson! The pictures of the inside of the cabin on this website are accurate - very nice and spacious accommodations. The beds are comfortable and the linens & towels are soft & plentiful. We found the kitchen very well stocked with everything that we needed to cook our meals and the owner has numerous spices (not just salt & pepper) for the renter to use. All the appliances worked properly and we had no trouble using the TVs, remotes & WIFI in the cabin. The owner of this log cabin house was a delight to deal with and promptly replied to all my questions and returned our damage deposit within two days of us leaving. There are very large decks on all the levels with outside furniture for you to sit on and relax, look at the amazing scenery, or read a good book. It also has a large gas grill to cook your steaks, fish, hamburgers, hot dogs or anything else that you choose. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the town of Summerhaven is just a 10-15 minute walk down the hill. There are three restaurants close by and a little store to buy things you forgot to bring with you in town. Plus, we went fishing at Rose Canyon Lake, only 8 miles away, and also hiking on the numerous trails on Mt. Lemmon. Great fun with the grandkids! There are also several picnic areas on Mt. Lemmon, if that is what you enjoy. The only negative is the 50 steps down to the cabin from the parking area. We found that a little challenging carrying our luggage & supplies down the stairs when we arrived and up the stairs when we left with the 9,000 ft. altitude. We had a wonderful time and made fun memories with our family here, plus we got out of the 100 degree plus temperatures of Tucson for a while. We would definitely recommend this rental property."

Tombstone Travel Tips

Visit the Old West with Tombstone Vacation Rentals

The famed western town of Tombstone offers a chance to step back in time to when men had duels in the dusty streets, gunfire was a common sound, and horses were the primary mode of transportation. From your Tombstone vacation rental, there are many options for experiencing the Old West flavor of Tombstone. You can eat a meal in Big Nose Kate's Saloon, ride in a covered wagon through town, or even check out O.K Corral. Helldorado town offers visitors a reenactment of an old western gunfight. Watch actors perform a shootout and pretend you're part of the townsfolk. You can even rent period costume sets for your family to make the whole experience feel more authentic. Whatever history you want to immerse yourself in, the old west comes alive when you stay in Tombstone vacation rentals.

There Are More than Just Gunfights in Tombstone

In addition to the western themed pursuits in Tombstone, travelers will find a variety of recreational opportunities nearby. Several ghost towns are within driving distance, as are natural wonders like Colossal Cave or Saguaro National Park, where you can view the iconic cacti standing tall in their natural environment. There are over a dozen golf courses in nearby Tucson, you can check out the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, or drive to Bisbee and tour the former mining town or the copper mines themselves. Shopping, art galleries, and antique stores are also easily accessible for those in your party who love browsing the local products.

Tucson Area Vacation Homes Are a Good Alternative to Hotels

Get more space for your money with Tombstone condos, houses, apartments, and cottages. Choose the amenities you want, like decks with mountain views, or gourmet kitchens. Whatever you need in vacation lodgings, Tombstone vacation rentals are the perfect choice.
