  • Great property and owner responsiveness

"The house was as advertised - very clean, great pool area, views and quiet neighborhood. Had one issue with washer but owner responded immediately to resolve the issue. Kitchen was well-equipped, and gas grill worked well. Location convenient to I-10 and NW Tucson area made a great base location for our stay. We had a group of 11 people staying and never felt crowded. A few places we liked - Teresa's Mosaic Cafe on Silverbell, downtown Tucson 4th Ave area (15 minutes), Mi Nidito restaurant (south Tucson). Sitting in the pool area every morning and evening made for great relaxation, and the pool water feature adds to the experience. Neighborhood was great for walking early mornings. Due to the recent record rainfall and flooding in Phoenix, we needed to stay an extra night and the owner was quick to respond and accommodate us. We would definitely recommend this house and will rent it again for future visits to Tucson."

  • Peaceful setting, great house and great location

"First, the owners were very helpful. Met us at the home when we arrived from the airport. Showed us the home and familiarized us with everything. The home is just as advertised comfortable, well maintained, clean with impressive and beautiful landscaping. Be sure to ask Kimberly for her recommended list of places to visit - she and husband, Bob have lived in Tucson forever and know everything. Kimberly also maintains a binder with nearby restaurants - be sure to try the Carne Asada at nearby Zivaz Mexican Bistro. This is a very casual bistro with great food. We stayed here with our daughter and 6 month old grand daughter so used all three rooms - Kimberly also had a crib for baby. Couldn't have been more comfortable. Oh, if bychance, you are a golfer, you might be able to arrange a game with Kimberly's husband, Bob....but I would recommend betting with him....I think he plays on the Senior PGA tour in disguise! IN summary, you'll not meet nicer folks to rent your vacation home in Tucson. BTW, I'd recommend a rental car because Tucson is spread out and you will want to visit the nearby tourist attractions."

  • Casa Bella

"This property was perfect for my family when they came for the U of A graduation. The kitchen and bathrooms were especially nice. The entire house was clean and kept. I was pleased and proud to show off Tucson starting with this beautiful house and beautiful neighborhood. Lil the owner was easy to reach before the stay and welcoming when the family arrived. I would suggest this home for anyone's visitors!! Thanks Lil!"

  • Sonoran Desert Get Away = PERFECTION!

"First of all... we rented this house as a base camp while we were filming an animal adventure web series in the Sonoran Desert and really only expected a place to crash and sleep inbetween shoots... when we walked in the house was absolutely gorgeous! It was light years beyond what we expected and is positioned within Diamond Bell Ranch so that you never encounter any other people...incredibly private and scenic. The decor and rooms were incredible and we could not have asked for more! I know for certain I will rent this location any time I am back in Arizona and I guarantee that you will not be disappointed staying at the Sonoran Desert Get Away :)"
