Rare desert wildlife sightings
"We really enjoyed staying at this house. I gave it 5 stars because we had extraordinary wildlife sightings on the property. Because the house is deep in the Catalina Foothills, these sightings are a possibility, but not a guaranteed event. If you want to have a spectacular view of the Old Pueblo, this is the place to stay. We enjoyed the start of monsoon season by receiving a spectacular thunderstorm. The house is quiet and very comfortable. If you like to cook for yourself, the kitchen is functional, however the stove is electric and takes a little getting used to. It's a modern stove, but we are used to gas. Hardly a problem though! The property is well maintained. There are many shops and restaurants very near by. I would suggest having a car, because Tucson is rather spread out and you need one to visits all of the major attractions. The house is a great place for a single family retreat or for a small group of people. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect for cooling off in. We would definitely come back and stay here again."

"This little guesthouse is quiet and comfortable. It is well-stocked with dishes and even has a laundry room. There is a little patio that is very private. It's not in a fancy part of town, but it's convenient to everything central if you have a car. Penny and Dennis are nearby if you need them but respect your privacy."

Awesome home with incredible views of the city and mountains and also sunrises and sunsets
"This has become our home away from home the past 2 years. It is tastefully decorated and has privacy and security to offer. The downstairs bedroom has a great king size bed and one awakens to beautiful sunrises and offers privacy when family or friends are in the upstairs bedrooms. The incredible view of the city and mountains are apparent when you walk in the front door. It is only about 20 minutes away from all of the cultural events that Tucson has to offer. Many restaurants are nearby and an upscale Mall is also close. The entire area surrounding Tucson offers exciting and varied sites for any and all types of people. It is perfect for family reunions, or for any reason that people get together. The owners have been very helpful and are easy to approach if you need to have anything done. It is obvious that we love staying here and hope to for many years to come."

"If the pictures of this wonderful retreat don't say it all then a stay here will. We were blown away by the sophisticated but practical interior design of this beautiful home. Everything was provided and no detail was missed. The huge walk in closet, modern kitchen and secluded outdoor patio make Chez Rochelle the most comfortable experience you can imagine the moment you walk in the door. Shopping is close by and Sabino Canyon Park is 5 minutes away. We will recommend Chez Rochelle to everyone we know and we will be back to enjoy its warmth and comfort for many years to come."
