"So great I have reserved for Feb and Mar 2016. Condo has: convenient location to outdoor activities and services, is comfortable and well maintained and decorated, safe and quiet, and owner is very helpful.
P.S. My little Dachshund loves it!"

"We stayed here during the months of April/May. The 2 of us relaxed & entertained on the perfectly landscaped patio for hours. The lights of the city were amazing which followed the even more amazing sunset reflections on the clouds and mountains. We watched many species of birds nest and vie for the best condo units in the big blooming Saguaro located in the yard. While neighbors were close, we had no problems w/ noise or lack of privacy. The house is perfectly decorated by Chris with much creative thought and application. Beds are comfy with nice linens. Thick, fluffy towels in a recently remodeled, nice bath with large walk in shower. Kitchen is equipped with anything that you could possibly need for a short stay. We used the charcoal grill frequently. I could not think of anything the the owners could do to make for a more enjoyable stay. If you could think of it, Chris would find a way to provide it. She is truly amazing. No problems with the safety of the neighborhood, either! Highly recommend this VRBO, but hate for too many people to discover how wonderful it is as we will certainly be back!!"

"I almost didn’t write a review for this “one of a kind” rental that has everything you would want and need when visiting the Tucson area. I would rather keep it a secret because the less people that know about it the better chance I will have to rent it again next winter. I would run out of room telling you everything that we found good about this home but will try to sum it up in a couple of paragraphs.
First of all I’ve never personally met the owner (Guy) but have talked with him several times over the phone. Guy is an owner who is easily reached and who would bend over backwards to make your vacation a memorable one. We visited Tucson in early March 2015 when the temperatures are usually not warm enough to justify turning on the solar heat for the swimming pool. When Guy learned that my two young Grandsons would be visiting he sent his maintenance man Robert over to turn on the heat and get the pool up and running. The solar heating system worked great and the pool temperature warmed up to a comfortable level within a couple of days. And I can’t say enough about Guy’s right hand man Robert. Besides getting the pool going Robert had to make a minor repair during our stay. Robert is a capable, considerate and friendly man who is easy to get along with. Guy your lucky to have a gentleman like Robert taking care of your home.
Guy’s home had everything we needed and more. The home is so large that even with a full house there was plenty of room if one needed “their own space” to get away for awhile. This home is furnished with everything as described. What you don’t get from the description is how beautiful the views are and the great location in NE Tucson. The home offers first class views of the Sonoran Desert and the Catalina Mountains from not only your patio but form several windows in the home. Your only minutes away from Saguaro National Park and Sabino Canyon, both of which I would recommend seeing. We loved the convenient location which is in a quiet residential area only a short distance from major roads. All your shopping is only a few minute drive from the house. Our family will never forget our daily morning and evening walks in the neighborhood where we seldom seen neighbors out or cars on the road.
Thank you Guy for letting our family enjoy your home. We look forward to a longer stay next winter."

"We've stayed at many VRBOs, in terrific locations, but this Casita in Tucson is the best. The Casita itself is beautifully appointed, and roomy, but it's the (private) patio and gardens that take the experience over the top. We came to Tucson for a "home base" for some birdwatching. Little did we know that the birding at the Casita would rival anything we found elsewhere -- Karen has birdfeeders up in numerous locations. We saw gila and ladder-backed woodpeckers, Costa's and broad-billed hummers, verdin, curve-billed thrasher, mourning doves, Gambel's quail and many more -- all in our bathrobes on the patio. Never before had we heard of bathrobe birding!! Jim and Karen are terrific hosts, we had great talks on their deck during happy hour. Treat yourselves to a stay at the Casita!!"
