"We enjoyed our condo stay. Easy walks to art studios, shopping and eateries, mostly high end. Easy access to main highways and best of all for us - close to hiking trail heads. We appreciated the lit parking space. The condo was clean and comfortable. No complaints here."

"A very comfortable, well equipped, quiet and private vacation home. Birds, rabbits, even coyotes on view from the house. Easy drive to good walks and hikes at Saguaro Park East and to other birding hotspots, which were our main destinations. Micole is a welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommended for nature lovers."

Great place - wonderful setting - access to many activities
"My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. Our trip was over March 28-April 5 2015 and while intended to be mostly vacation it was also part business as we took care of some family business for my mother-in-law. The location was about 10-15 minutes from mother-in-law so that made that aspect of the trip that much easier.
We scheduled this at the last minute and fortunately the owners were able to work with us to allow for a 1 week rental. They stayed in contact with us during our travel to Tucson and upon arrival so we were able to meet in a timely manner. They were flexible and communicated well.
The property itself is nicely done. The kitchen was updated and had all the needed items for cooking, etc., even though we ate out a fair amount. The rooms were spacious and the beds very good. The condo property has a heated pool and we were able to get in several times - the kids had a blast as we did some of our regular pool games. We also made it over to Sabino Canyon (very short drive - but you can walk or bike there we just were short on time) for a couple of hikes. My wife enjoyed mornings out the patio area. There's lots of restaurants and things to do in the vicinity.
The family walked a short distance up to the Ventana Canyon Golf and Racquet Club - there is a fitness trail with exercise stations that runs along the golf course property. We did the fitness trail all the way up to the start - it was a real blast!
We ran into one unexpected interruption - the first night the owner turned on the AC to run. It ran continuously all night but never seemed to drop to the set temperature. It was not super hot yet so it did not overly concern me and our family was not bothered by the temp, but I decided to keep an eye on it. That same morning/day it continued to run without ever lowering to the preset temperature. I decided to call and let the owner know that there might some kind of issue. He had someone come over immediately to determine what might be happening - the AC was not functioning as it should be and needed to be addressed/replaced. He brought in a portable swamp cooler to help keep things cool and we ran the ceiling fans and opened the windows at night. While the AC was not fixed during our stay the owner was very conscious of it, showed empathy, and communicated with us frequently throughout the stay. He also made a nice gesture to accommodate this unanticipated occurrence. Great stay at a great place with great owner."

"We really enjoyed staying at this house. I gave it 5 stars because we had extraordinary wildlife sightings on the property. Because the house is deep in the Catalina Foothills, these sightings are a possibility, but not a guaranteed event. If you want to have a spectacular view of the Old Pueblo, this is the place to stay. We enjoyed the start of monsoon season by receiving a spectacular thunderstorm. The house is quiet and very comfortable. If you like to cook for yourself, the kitchen is functional, however the stove is electric and takes a little getting used to. It's a modern stove, but we are used to gas. Hardly a problem though! The property is well maintained. There are many shops and restaurants very near by. I would suggest having a car, because Tucson is rather spread out and you need one to visits all of the major attractions. The house is a great place for a single family retreat or for a small group of people. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was perfect for cooling off in. We would definitely come back and stay here again."
