  • Charming and So Well Furnish

"This lovely casita exudes charm, is comfortable and so well furnished. Bonnie, the owner, is so thoughtful and pleasant yet we had complete privacy. The home and the grounds are immaculate and the location quiet. The outside sitting areas are comfortable and easy to use. We have only positive things to say about the cottage and Bonnie."

  • Excellent house and location!

"We enjoyed our three night stay while on vacation in Tucson. The house was even more charming and spacious than we had anticipated. Great location close the university, 4th, and easy walking distance to downtown."

  • Tucson Carriage House - University of Arizona

"What a perfect place to stay if you are visiting the University of Arizona area. The beautiful carriage house has everything you need and the location couldn't be better! The Main Gate is barely 2 blocks away and those blocks are filled with restaurants, coffee shops and great stores for shopping. Such a fun place to be! The house itself is just wonderful...all the beauty of older architecture with every convenience you need! The house is filled with antiques which are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and there are lots of extra linens and towels. Tom has some lovely oil paintings on the walls in the house which just add to the overall beauty of the house. Tom and Anne were so pleasant to work with as we arranged the stay and arrived in Tucson. Anne was very prompt and friendly in her responses and it was so nice to meet Tom on arrival. He shared a great story about building the carriage house and about the antiques, too. We'd highly recommend the Carriage House for your Tucson stay! It is a great price for a beautiful home away from home."

  • Great Vintage Studio Casita

"My husband and I spent 10 days in early April at this nice casita in Tucson. It was close enough to 4th Street, the University and downtown to easily walk, while still being quiet and secluded. It has easy access to I-10, without any freeway noise. It was also easy to get to around Tucson for sightseeing. The weather varied from cool to warm but the casita was always comfortable. It was very clean and well equipped, and the bed was great. The owner did a thorough cleaning and linens swap since we stayed over a week. Debra also deserves a recommendation. She was very personable, helpful and informative. She recommended events we could attend and also the restaurant, Mother Hubbard's, that she owns with a partner. It's obvious she loves the area and desires to make her guests comfortable. We recommend the casita if you want an "Old Tucson" feel and want to be close to downtown."
