  • True Vacation Spot

"This was the second stay for us and the first with our 4-year old son. The location, setting, and gallery of beautiful sunsets here have always been the major plus for us. With a child one could introduce them to desert ecosystems just by walking out of the front or back doors. The excellent Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum is only a five-minute drive away, as well as the trail heads for great hikes in the Saguaro NP Western District. Sitting on the patio after dark the absolute absence of sound other than distant animals, the only illumination being the moon and stars, and being surrounded by beautiful nature epitomizes the word, vacation. We will certainly return."

  • GREAT LOCATION - DOWNTOWN TUCSON HAS BECOME A HAPPENING PLACE

"IT IS A VERY SAFE AND FRIENDLY NEIGHBOURHOOD. CENTRAL TO ALMOST ALL ACTIVITIES IN THE ENTIRE TUCSON AREA. VERY CLOSE TO THE RESTAURANTS, NIGHT SPOTS AND THEATRES ON CONGRESS AVE. WE UNDERSTAND THAT CONGRESS WAS VERY DIFFERENT IN THE RECENT PAST. MUCH HAS CHANGED AND IT WILL ONLY GET BETTER. WE LOVED THE FOX AND RIALTO THEATRES AS WELL AS PROPER, SAN MARTIN RUM HOUSEM CANYON BREWERY AND BEST OF ALL WAS A SMALL WINE BAR WITH FLAMENCO MUSIC ON WED EVE. HERBERT HOUSE IS SPACIOUS AND WELL EQUIPPED. EXCELLENT HOT TUB AND PARKING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. ADAM IS A VERY ATTENTIVE AND ACCOMODATING HOST. IF YOU ARE UP FOR AN URBAN EXPERIENCE, THIS IS IT!"

  • Wonderful Condo!

"My husband and I have been coming to Tucson for the past five years and this is the first time we rented a condo instead of staying in a hotel. The condo was really comfortable and very light filled. I loved sitting on the screened in porch for my morning coffee! I was surprised how close it is to everything! There is a great grocery store (Basha's) 5 minutes away as well as many delightful places to eat including of course the wonderful El Charro cafe! I loved how close it was to Sabino Canyon and the Ventana Canyon hiking trail out in back of the condos was really amazing. I never did make it to the top! Next time. And there will be a next time. We already booked the condo for next year!"

  • A MCM Delight for our Family

"Having owned a Tucson mid-century modern home for many years before we moved away, we were thrilled to rent the ATB House for our home visit this summer. We stayed almost a full month and truly felt like we were at home. All of the comforts and conveniences were available to us and the location is perfect for reaching any destination in Tucson without excessive drive time. The listing of amenities is accurate and complete, communication with the owner, Anne, was prompt and thorough. The ATB House retains its mid-century character and the decor only accentuates that character. What a treat! Anne was extremely helpful and gracious, we truly felt like she cared about the quality of our stay in her home. We look forward to our return visit to Tucson and hopefully another extended stay at the ATB House. Thanks so much!"
