  • Third time and counting

"This was our third time staying at Sombrero Peak casita and it has been great every time. The casita is extremely well maintained, nicely furnished and has a well organized kitchen and everything you could need for cooking in or cooking out. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of central Tucson yet a short drive to grocery shopping and an array of restaurants on Ina Rd. , and the location is amazingly quiet and peaceful, and the view of the desert right out the back is great. The Saguaro National Park West is just a short drive and that is definitely worth a visit. Plus, you really do have a great view of Sombrero Peak (well named) when sitting on the shaded patio enjoying a libation. The owners, Chris and Roger, are warm and friendly and helped make each stay just right. The place is wonderful for a couple, my niece and her husband are hoping to stay there on their next visit to Tucson. K&K from Pittsburgh"

  • U of A Reunion

"Three friends and I, whom hadn't seen each other in over two decades, rented this house for an ad hoc reunion. We were so pleasantly surprised to arrive at this true desert oasis. David was fabulous to work with, and everything he advertised rang true and wonderful. The house is huge and we truly felt as if we were living the lives of rock stars with the beautiful pool area, gourmet kitchen and huge dining room. There truly are two master suites, and there was no lack of privacy. We couldn't have enjoyed the house or our time together more!"

  • Classy Casita

"We spent 4 nights at Jim and Karen's Casita. It is clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The large casita is filled with the most comfortable furniture I've ever lounged in. The landscaping is marvelous, and the owners are friendly and helpful. Their website was chock full of excellent suggestions about Southern AZ. Karen sent us on a hike with dozens of nice examples of rock art that is not mentioned in any guide book I am aware of. We had a very relaxing and fun time there!"
