  • Perfect!

"This condo had everything we needed. The owner met us there to check us in and answer any questions. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. The balcony overlooks the pool, which had some loud excited children playing, but heck, they were probably on vacation too. Tucson is one of my favorite places to visit- so much to do and close to the condo. Don't hesitate booking this place as it was perfect."

  • Almost everything we were expecting

"Pictures, descriptions, and accommodations were just what we expected. The condo has many, many extra touches that make staying a month 'feel like home.' The only drawback that will stop US from going back is; the complex has many 'year round' families, with lots of kids who play right in the courtyard below the condo. Well-behaved mind you, but a bit noisy for us."

  • Charming house, excellent location

"Our family (my wife, myself, our 10y old and our 1yr old) have stayed in this lovely house for three weeks. The rooms are nicely decorated, the beds are excellent, the kitchen is well equipped and the garden is spacious. The house is clean and is even prettier than on the pictures. Kathleen, the owner, lives right next door. She's is a great host and made us feel very welcome. It was great that there was a playpen, a high chair and a stroller for our 1 yr old. It's only a 5 minute drive to the city center and 10 min to the university. If you don't (want to) drive; there's a bike available too! Things to do when you're staying here: the Children's museum is great, be sure to visit the Sonora Desert Museum and take a tour in Biosphere 2, definitely go to Mount Lemmon and let your breath be taken away by the awesome views along the way to the top. Go for a hike in Sabino Canyon and enjoy a sunset from Sentinel Peak aka 'A' Mountain (just a 5 min drive from the house). Food & drinks: Down Town Kitchen & Cocktails, Cup Cafe, Chocolate Iguana and many more. If I visit Tucson again, I'd definitely stay in this property!"

  • Great property and owner responsiveness

"The house was as advertised - very clean, great pool area, views and quiet neighborhood. Had one issue with washer but owner responded immediately to resolve the issue. Kitchen was well-equipped, and gas grill worked well. Location convenient to I-10 and NW Tucson area made a great base location for our stay. We had a group of 11 people staying and never felt crowded. A few places we liked - Teresa's Mosaic Cafe on Silverbell, downtown Tucson 4th Ave area (15 minutes), Mi Nidito restaurant (south Tucson). Sitting in the pool area every morning and evening made for great relaxation, and the pool water feature adds to the experience. Neighborhood was great for walking early mornings. Due to the recent record rainfall and flooding in Phoenix, we needed to stay an extra night and the owner was quick to respond and accommodate us. We would definitely recommend this house and will rent it again for future visits to Tucson."
